Hi John! We completely understand your concern, and we're sorry the frame wasn't what you expected. The version you received uses an eco-friendly, lightweight backing, designed to stand on its own and be easily hung on the wall. We also offer frame and stretch upgrades if you prefer a more traditional and sturdier finish, you can choose these options instead of the eco-friendly version. Our Customer Support team has also reached out to make sure everything arrived safely and to check if there are any issues with the canvas you received. Please don't hesitate to share anything with us, we're always happy to help.

Hi Carol, thank you so much for sharing your concern! We're truly sorry to hear you're disappointed with the size of your canvas. After carefully reviewing your order, we can confirm that the size selected at checkout was 12×8 inches. This size is also clearly shown in your order confirmation email, as well as in the follow-up email from our Customer Support team, where we explained the order details. Additionally, the $40.99 you paid matches the price of our smallest 12×8 canvas. Our recommended size is 24×16 inches, which is priced higher. Based on the order information submitted, we produced and shipped the exact size that was selected. We completely understand this wasn't what you expected, but we fulfilled the order according to the details provided at checkout. If there's anything else we can help clarify, please don't hesitate to let us know; we're always happy to assist. ❤️
