Hi Charissa, We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced, though we want to clarify that your order was fully verified as shipped and delivered. Our internal security footage, along with USPS parcel weight records, confirm that the sunglasses were included in your package at the time of shipment. From our investigation, it appears the issue occurred after delivery, which unfortunately is outside of our control. We provided multiple next-step options, including checking security footage of delivery, filing a police report, and visiting your local USPS branch for further inspection, but we did not receive confirmation that these steps were taken.
