Our goal is not only to provide valuable and transformative education but also to foster a supportive community where our students can learn from one another as well as from formal coaching sessions. Our team has provided information about the additional resources available to you with the coaching package and we've made efforts to facilitate a 1:1 session to discuss your experience and determine a clear path forward. We encourage our coaching students to utilize the additional support mechanisms we have in place, such as unlimited access to weekly live Office Hours sessions with our tech coaches. To accommodate various schedules, we intentionally have multiple sessions throughout the week, including weekends. We also have our Learning Lab sessions, which are designed for direct support and Q&A and consist of multiple different focus areas. Coaching students can attend as many sessions as they want/need throughout the week. While we understand your decision not to pursue the 1:1 session, we remain committed to supporting your journey with ENTRE. Your feedback is crucial in helping us refine and improve our coaching model to better meet the needs of all our students. We truly value your feedback as we continue to enhance our offerings. While we understand your desire for a refund, we uphold the policies outlined in the agreement to ensure fairness and consistency for all our members.
