Our mission is to empower people to create meaningful change through education, mindset, and community. While we offer additional programs for those who want deeper support, participation in any additional opportunities is always optional. We would also like to provide some context. You enrolled in a 12-month coaching program in October 2023 but later stopped engaging. Our team made multiple outreach attempts to encourage participation and offer support. When you reached out in August 2024, you were provided with a link to schedule a support call, which was not scheduled. In November 2024, you requested a refund. This request fell outside the refund window outlined in the Purchase Agreement. As a goodwill gesture, we offered a credit instead and invited you to schedule a call to discuss how you’d like to use it, but we did not receive further engagement. When you contacted us again in February 2026 requesting a refund, the original terms still applied. Success in coaching and educational programs depends heavily on participation. Despite multiple efforts from our team to provide support, those opportunities were not taken. The matter has been reviewed thoroughly, and no further accommodations are available. Our new platform brings together resources, live sessions, community, and tools in one place, creating a more streamlined and supportive environment for our members to grow and achieve their goals. Recognizing that every member’s journey is unique, we’ve introduced programs and services at varying price points to accommodate diverse goals and budgets. For example, our Life Design Coaching offerings go beyond business strategies by providing a solid foundation of lifelong skills applicable across all areas of life, because we believe that how we do one thing is how we do all things. To further enhance the member experience, Advisors are now involved throughout the duration of a member's journey, ensuring support and guidance are readily available at every stage. Additionally, our Office Hours sessions continue to offer unlimited opportunities for coaching members to receive direct technical assistance from our dedicated tech coaches.
