Quality is a bit lower than expected
Quality is a bit lower than expected. Too much plastic. Also don't use AI for your ads, it makes your products look cheap, and I would not have bought it if I had seen it before.

Very uncomfortable in general, even with all the seat customization options. Much marketing, little (or no?) focus on real product design/ergonomics (which I assume is just a white labeled generic chinese manufacturer model).

The service is good - but the chair is unfortunately not that good. It provides quite a bit of neckpain and currently out of the return policy.

Fast shipping. Better pricing than most for the product received. Easy to set up. Works great and I already feel better. I have the 72 inch in walnut. I love it. I have 3 monitors on it plus a laptop arm.
