Great service, amazing sofabed! Joy was really helpful when I was going through the order process. It took a while but it was worth it! Sofa looks exactly like advertised! It is comfortable and the quality is just top notch. Glad I made the decision to buy straight from factory. Definitely would recommend!
This process was so simple. It took time, but when it's being made just for you, that's to be expected. I was able to see pictures of my Jimmy sofa and let them know it was OK to ship. Delivery was easy and it was packed so well. It is very well made. I love it, but my grandchildren like it more.
Very easy process, the communication is great, took a little while to get here but that is expected as it’s custom made and coming from overseas. Would 100% recommend. The fabric is beautiful and it’s very very comfortable. Thank you

The customer support was above and beyond, Joy was a delight to work with. They listened to my need and made a custom sofa for me that met every single one of my needs. The sofa came well packaged leaving no room for any damage to occur. It is a sturdy high quality sofa that decimated any previous sofas I had ever owned. It uses real solid wood, and the cushioning is a mix of foam latex and feathers which is a combo that few, if any, use and cannot be beat in terms of comfort.

Legit company - very responsive on messaging and I was able to place a custom order for fabric and configuration. Super happy with the sofa I received!! Shipping is to be expected for overseas logistics - takes a few weeks on a boat, customs, and then local delivery coordination. (it's outsourced to a 3rd party logistics company - i recommend paying the extra for in home/white glove delivery if you can. my only negative here is for the US shipping company, Mothership - crazy to deliver a 500lb couch curbside only in a big city.....)

The quality and value for money you get from Dextra living is phenomenal! They are so kind and easy you work with also! You do have to wait a little while for delivery if you live in UK but it is worth it! Workmanship is very good also and the gadgets are very cool! Thank you Dextra I will come back!

Unbelievable service , every thing was exactly as they said , I was a little apprehensive with the sofa travelling so far , but it was packed so well in wooden crates and arrived just as described. There is nothing like this in the uk and the price is so much cheaper So we could follow its progress they even gave me the tracking numbers to follow it on the ship to the uk! Will highly recommend
