Ordered multiple items
Ordered multiple items. Received a toy I did not order. NONE OF MY MONEY WAS RETURNED. I lost over $200
1 star is too good for this company
1star is too good for this company . DO NOT ORDER. I ordered from, myyoungshow on facebook that turned out to be 'dino in the box' or 'www.jokingto fancy'. We paid almost £50 for a nativity scene set. First they took the money from our credit card twice, then they gave us tracking information for someone else's parcel. Now 5 months later and we have no shipping date or tracking info. Our item is unlikely ever to arrive. We have learned from this experience.
Scammed
Scammed. Ordered boots in Dec 2020, now April 2021. Keep getting emails to say be patient! Requested refund since February and they ignore it saying to be patient. They have sent me 2 lots of tracking information with different dates and tracking. First time I complained as the tracking info didn't move. They sent me new ones and same thing happening. Credit card company is now looking into getting my refund.
As per other reviews
As per other reviews, took ages to arrive and too small
Garden Statue
I ordered a statue which was advertised and pictured as a yard statue. It is 6 inches tall A nic-nac not a yard statue and I feel I was misled and ripped off !
Scam Alert!
I ordered wind chimes January 13th. Never received even though it showed they had shipped them. Live and learn, I guess. Like my dad used to say, "All they have to do is cheat EVERYONE once, and they get rich!"
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They…
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They sent me the boots far too small but insist they sent the right size. They refuse to change them or refund. They also go under the name Winkypony. Advertise on Facebook.
Agree with the comments on here
Agree with the comments on here. Bought boots from ‘Rheinlands’ after a Facebook advert. Not received and standard email replies to my queries. I’ve complained and requested a chargeback from the credit card. Do not use this site or it’s associates.
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. Took 6 weeks to get boots from China - wrong size and they are unbelievably poor quality. I have tried to get a refund but just keep getting the 'no chance' standard response. I have contacted my credit card company to go after the,
Scammers....Stay clear of this company
I ordered the Fused Suncatchers on 1/28/2021 and have not received them. Contacted them to see where my order is and they responded that it was delivered “To my front door on 2/27/2021” I was home all day and there was no delivery to my address. I asked for the delivery carrier and they have not responded. I have reached out to my bank and I’m filing fraud and I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission and filing a complaint with them, as well as the Attorney Generals office. This company is crooked and thieves. I will never order from them again. And yes, these Fused Suncatchers were in FB. I would warn everyone to stay clear of this company.
AVOID. SCAMMERS
Like many people on here, I ordered boots via an ad on Facebook but have not received them. Have opened a dispute with them and they have said that the boots were delivered to a different address and they are sending further boots out. Not holding out much hope. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. AVOID.
Do not order anything from this…
Do not order anything from this company. Ordered a memorial block 2 weeks before Christmas and did not receive it until mid January. Came cracked in 2 places badly. I was so upset besides waiting for it for well over a month. Wanted another one in its place. Sent the a picture. Asked for a replacement sent in a box not a plastic bag. Was willing to send item back but it takes the weeks to respond. Then they tell you it is past return time. All I wanted was a replacement. Not my money back. They wouldn't even send me a return label to send it back for full refund. Said it was my responsibility. Not my fault. Don't order from them ever. They are a shotty business and don't stand behind they product or the customer at all. Terrible to take advantage of an elderly lady who was buying this for her daughter in memory of her Dad.
SCAM/thieves
SCAM Not received boots Cannot track order no replies to my emails. Wasted my hard earned money to these thieves.
Rogue company
I agree with all previous reviews, this is a scam. Ordered items via a Facebook advert placed by a linked company (Westpomelo.UK) using credit card as payment. Billed for a higher price than advertised and nothing delivered. Avoid both of these companies.
Scam central
Oh. Looks like they’ve had me too. No waterproof boots. No response to mailing them. Money taken from my account . Face book again. One star given because you have to give something but they deserve negative stars.
Ordered via Facebook advert in January…
Ordered via Facebook advert in January no sign of the goods no communication I've disputed it twice on exborder commerce. Now I have to try get money back from credit card
I placed a order for a Valentine's gift…
I placed a order for a Valentine's gift for my wife & I have not received it as of today, I hate to say it, but I believe I've been deceived from this company. Now I'm starting to believe after reading the comments, this is a SCAM ALERT !
Waterproof jacket
Ordered a L (14/16) waterproof hooded 3/4 jacket - received a short XXL that would definitely not keep you dry. Contacted straight away via e mail and asked for the return address to send back for a full refund. It would appear I have been scammed. My order was via an advert on Facebook - steer clear!
