Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found our customer service polite and responsive, though we’re sorry to learn that other aspects of your experience did not meet expectations. To clarify, our cabinets are produced to order through our manufacturing partners, which allows us to offer a wide range of sizes and options. For this reason, all units are classed as made to measure, even when they correspond to standard dimensions. This process helps ensure each order is built specifically for the customer, rather than supplied from stock. We appreciate your comments regarding product quality and construction, and we will certainly review this with our production team to ensure we continue to improve. Kind regards, Leigh Direct Kitchen Doors

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with our quick delivery, responsive service, and the overall quality of your doors and units. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced matching your door and cabinet colours. Cabinet materials and finishes can differ from door finishes due to variations in manufacturing processes and suppliers, and while we do our best to represent these accurately, we understand this can be frustrating when shades appear similar or reversed between ranges. We appreciate your feedback regarding how colours are shown online, and we’ll be reviewing how we can make this clearer for future customers. Regarding our return policy, because each order is made to your specifications, a restocking or alteration charge is required for colour changes. Thank you again for your constructive comments, which help us improve our products and service. Kind regards, Leigh Direct Kitchen Doors
