Great service and quality doors
I just wanted to write to thank you for the kitchen doors that we received, they are fabulous and exactly what we wanted to match the cupboards that we already have in our utility room. The ordering was fairly easy (even for me), the service from start to finish has been exemplary, with call backs outside business hours to keep us up to date, an order date not just met but delivered early and finally cupboard doors of exceptional quality and at a very reasonable price. I can't thank you and the team enough for the brilliant service we have received and I wish that everything was this easy when renovating a property. I totally recommend your company

What brilliant service
What brilliant service. Needed to replace some doors in our kitchen but was unsure of the types and sizes etc. Called them directly and they helpfully talked me through the order which arrived very quickly. Also, doors are even better quality than my originals. Cannot recommend highly enough. 5* star service.

Easy to navigate site.
Excellent prices. Very well packaged. But the best part, I cocked up a measurement. They sorted a new door within a few days.
Really saved my bacon.
If I were to split hairs, I'd say a more specific delivery slot would be advantageous, but the delivery guy called 30 mins before, so no drama.

Happy Customer
Very impressed, I ordered five doors with new hinges and pre-drilled hinge holes. The product quality was really good and the new hinges were 'soft-close' which was a nice bonus. The accuracy of the machining was perfect, I even had a call from the production team to query a dimension I had put on the order where I had made an error. With the hinges fitted to the doors, they assembled to the old units perfectly. No need to re-drill hinge mounts on the carcases! Very good value compared to other on-line suppliers. Would use again.

Great Customer Experience
After thinking about upgrading our kitchen I ordered a set of doors from Direct Kitchen Doors. I expected to be waiting for a while for them to be bespoke made and delivered. In less than two weeks I had ripped out the old kitchen and fitted new, including the doors as they arrived sooner than I thought. The doors all fitted perfectly and were just as advertised. If not better. One door had a small mark that appeared to be part of processing. After contacting DKD they sent out a replacement with no quibbles. All in all a top product with excellent service. What can I say. This company is why it's often better to deal with a private company opposed to a big corporation. Leigh was so helpful with changes and amendments we made with our quote / order. Its the details that make a big purchase easier knowing you are in good hands. Everything arrived packed and protected very well too. The quality is top notch! Excellent company to deal with. Confrm receipt of order right away even at weekends & question anything that doesn't seem right in measurements. Especially good for elderly who get mixed up with mm & cm. Manufacturing time is very quick & delivery is a couple of days with a reliable company.
