Good product, custom cutting & drilling spot on. The only niggle that I would like to say is that the delivery was earlier than the booked date, which wouldn't normally be a problem but an email or text preparing that the delivery date has been brought forward would have made the experience a bit better.

The service was great from ordering, payment etc even got some useful advice and support to prevent me ordering the wrong item. My only issue was the delivery. I have a front 'vestibule' area which is directly open to the street and public. The delivery was dumped in this area and no attempt was made to press the entry buzzer to gain entry to a secure area or at least to inform me that the items had been left in an area with open access to the public. Luckily nobody decided to help themselves to the items. So really dissapointed in the delivery, everything else was great.

Leigh at kitchen doors direct was really helpful. The range of styles is big so I struggled to choose one for my kitchen. Leigh did several quotes for me of the different doors i chose. After much deliberation I decided on a style. I was sent a payment link which worked great. The doors where delivered to me a week earlier than the specified date. They where well packed with each box labelled with its contents. I’ve now fitted the doors and they look great. No imperfections, dings or the like. Great price as well. I did get a few other quotes. I recommend this company without hesitation.

It's easy when everything goes right but it when something goes wrong that matters. A door arrived damaged and one email later problem resolved and replacement organised. Delivery date provided at that time. Delivered as stated and no damage - yippee..!! Personally, I would prefer a delivery company that gives a narrower delivery window than 8am to 6pm. It might cost a few £ extra but the convenience to get the normal 2 hour slot would be worth it. If you're checking these reviews to make a decision, hope my experience helps.

Customer service - polite and responsive Quality of product - average. Cut outs of MFC that look like they’ve been made with a jigsaw rather than anything more precise. Cam and dowel back rather than glued up which I was surprised by. Ordering process - completely misleading. Firstly this company does not make their own units - they order them in. I know this because after I placed my order they then accidentally forwarded my email back to me asking me to supply the kitchen units. They recalled it after they made their mistake (human error, wasn’t a problem). But because they order in all of their units, all of their units then count as “made to measure” in their eyes - so even if you order a standard size from one of the drop down menus on their website they will refuse to accept any returns. I appreciate they utilise suppliers, but this is hardly made to measure if they are standard listings. Would recommend using an alternate company.

Company delivery quickly, have quick responses to enquiries and the doors and units we received are good quality. However be advised when trying to get matching Door and Cabinet colours that they might not match the colours of your doors, because it does not show you the colours of the cabinets before you order them. We wanted to return and swap the doors for a different colour due to them having only limited cabinet colours, but there is a 30% charge on your order to do so. We struggled with the Sage Green and Pistachio Green which are swapped around when comparing to the cabinets. The Sage Green cabinets are the same colour as the Pistachio Green doors. I was told "When the doors are closed, the units are not visible" not exactly a good solution to the problem.
