My wife and I spent the day with a wonder team from Discova. They took us to the rice fields, hot springs and Bali Coffee plantation. Our guide Hulu, is very knowledgeable and he kept us entertained all day. Our driver Brata made sure we were very comfortable and the drive was made pleasant even through crazy traffic. I highly recommend Discova for any or their tours.
We were guided by Bunvath today. He took us to Angkorwat and adjacent temples. His knowledge was extensive and he guided us very efficiently . I particularly enjoyed hearing about the complex history of Cambodia and the challenges it has faced.
Our driver Sothea was also very efficient and a polite gentleman.
We had an amazing guide Susila and driver on Wednesday 2nd September 2026 in Bali. There was an incident at the temple at Uluwatu and we were forced to miss the show so that they could find an optometrist to fix my husbands glasses. We were so grateful for what they did . Thank you so much
Susila & Suarna were our Guides for our Day Tours. It was our first trip to Bali and we had pre-arranged Airport Transfer to our Hotel with Discova.. Discova Personnel were polite and very helpful at the Airport. Susila & Suarna are very professional, they were always on Time and provided Water. They are Friendly and no issues with Communication. We stayed at Mercure Hotel Legian, Bali. Nice, Tidy Room, Amazing Breakfast. Will be back but will look to go some where where the Beach is less Busy. Loved the Break fom NZ Winter.
Yanti & Purnawan helped us on our tour today, it was great service, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Everything was catered to what we wanted to do. They provided so much information and I learnt so much along the way. They were easy to talk to and answered all questions and told random facts. Yes guys so amazing.
Beautiful half day starting at Karon viewpoint, traveling alongside coastline to Phuket largest and most revered temple Wat Chalong. Visiting kashew's factory and iconic old Phuket town with colonial architecture. Thanks to our guide Pat and driver Khun Pee Mai unforgettable tour. Highly recommend for Phuket visitors. Paul and Maria.
Our walking tour guide, Liam Dao was wonderful.
He told us about the history of the places we visited and took us to some wonderful restaurants. He was also considerate as it was a hot day and needed to walk a little more slowly at times.
Thanks Dao
Hilary
John and Lorraine Chapman expressing how amazing our two tours were in Bali. Our tour guide CD Sudi and our driver Agus Hertanto went above and beyond making our experience in Bali exceptional. We will definitely visit Bali again in the near future and will engage with CD Sudi and Agus Hertanto again in future tours.
Really awful 3 week package by Discova. Think poor itinerary, dirty hotels, being put at a smoking hotel when we are non smokers, late transfers and a hotel that was surrounded by sea with venomous jellyfish when our brief was to be able to swim in the ocean. No care and zero attention to detail.
Very insightful tour with England and Yoga as driver learned a lot and a long drive in traffic was made enjoyable with Englands knowledge of the country
MY at Discova made our transfer an experience to remember!
We recently used Discova for our transfer from Ba Na Hills to Hội An, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Our guide MY and driver, was an absolute standout from start to finish.
MY was the perfect combination of professional and warm, she made us feel completely at ease while maintaining a wonderfully friendly manner throughout the journey. What truly set her apart was her genuine enthusiasm for sharing her knowledge of the local area. She offered fascinating insights into the region, its culture, and its history, turning what could have been a simple transfer into a genuinely enriching experience.
MY is a real asset to the Discova team, and it is easy to see why, she goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a memorable and comfortable journey. We would not hesitate to book with Discova again, five stars, without question!
Fabulous experience from the momentwe were picked up a d dropped off!
We went to Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga Water Palace, Tenancy traditional village and Salt making.
Our tour guide was Kana and driver was Brata.
We were very well looked after throughout the whole trip.
Their knowledge was a great learning experience which is exactly what we wanted. They were both friendly and answered my many questions!
I would highly recommend Discova Indonesia as well as Kana and Brata. Thank you so much 😊
Excellent Guide on visit to Marble Mountain Vietnam
On a transfer from Hoi An to Da Nang Airport in Vietnam we stopped off at the Marble Mountain Complex. Our guide Phi was very helpful at the mountain getting our tickets and explaining about the complex.
Before we went up the lift to the top he had taken us through a nearby shop/factory that creates marble items such as statues of anything. We saw some big items (4-5ft tall) having been wrapped and crated for shipment across the world so popular is their work and products. We bought a smallish, solid marble Buddha for good luck.
The trip up the lift to the top of the mountain is quick and there are various temples and statues to look at. There are some steps involved.
After that Phi took us to the airport and although we hadn't asked he used his VIP status to get us to the front of a very long queue to check in.
We were very appreciative of Phi and would recommend him as your guide.
Patrick Low picked us up at Penang Airport with efficiency. As we tried to navigate the airport. Patrick was waiting for us at the gate. Well done Patrick
Kevin Wylde from Perth
The company is well organised, professional people, Mudi(tour organisers)organised a well tailored itenary for the rest of our stay, they are on time, their tour guide Vidi , English well spoken , very friendly, and professional, always on time and got out of her way to always, educate us about her country “Bali”, she is the best …OM SWASTYASTU!!!!!!!
We went to lots of places like the moneys rice farm temple
We went to lots of places like the temples and to see the monkeys and the rice fields which was so fun they showed us around everywhere and it was a great day for me and my family thank you
I had booked a Halong Bay cruise with Discova for April 2026. Due to unexpected flight cancellations, the trip became impossible to carry out and I had to request a refund.
At first, the situation was not straightforward, as local supplier policies were involved, but I want to recognize that Discova handled the case professionally and with courtesy throughout the process. After reviewing the documentation, they agreed to cancel the booking free of charge and process a full refund.
I especially appreciated their polite communication, their willingness to review the case carefully, and their effort to find a fair solution. This gave me confidence in their professionalism and customer care.
Because of the way this matter was managed, I would definitely consider using Discova again in the future.
Borneo KK to Sandakan. The experience around Mt Kinabalu was not what was expected. The accommodation for home stay was very poor. No fan, the toilets/shower shared with the host and at times unavailable. The advertisement was that we would eat with the host family, that did not happen! The food was presented under an outdoor area. During the 1 night stay we had to leave the windows open for air flow and the 3 dogs were around our room and continually barking all through the night. Also, if the family were walking above, it would wake us up. Roy was a great guide picking us up at the airport and transporting from Mt Kinabalu to the tea resort. The accommodation in the tea resort has a questionable rating. Rooms are 'run down' and the rooms are positioned approx 6-700m away from the restaurant/breakfast. Breakfast was poor, cold toast, cold eggs with little other choices. There were 6 staff members with 3 having a meal when we arrived. Waiting 10-15 minutes for some fruit and got 2 small pieces of watermelon and pineapple. Breakfast didn’t open until 8am and we were told to have lunch at 11am for pick up at 12? It was raining so we will miss lunch today and travel for a 4 hour bus trip. Hopefully the remainder of the trip improves.
We had a great trip to Uluwatu temple, Loewak coffee and a performance of traditionalBalinese Kecap. Guide was named Eric and driver Susila. They took good care of us. Drinks and raincoats.
