Ordered an advent calendar on 15/10 and it’s now 23/12 and have not received it. Received something I didn’t order, that was cheap and then offered a $3 to try to make me feel better! A completely deceptive company running a scam!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered a product worth $60 and received a product worth $5 and not what I ordered. Refusing to refund or return will ‘be very expensive’. Offered a $3 money return. Avoid website. Do not buy from them.
I ordered a lock pick set from this company as seen on Facebook. The product I received was not what I ordered. The company has failed to refund my money, but rather tried to offer a minimal partial refund. They also stated that shipping back to China would be very expensive and I would have to pay for it. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. They sell cheap china junk!
