I absolutely love the sweatshirt. The first shirt had a small issue but they said they would correct it. Item was easy to order and the shipping didn't take a real long time. Looking forward to my replacement sweatshirt!
Shirts arrived in great condition and super cute! Soft material, came as expected. Shipping took a little longer than i expected. But I received my order!
Customer service is 10 out of 10. They are very responsive, sympathetic and knows what real customer service means and providing all the necessary help to prove satisfaction. We ordered the Aussie drinking and smoking and it got ripped after one wash and they immediately replaced it with a brand new one this just shows what customer service is all about definitely going to order more from the store as I really appreciate their designs and the shirts cotton so that's always a win.
Shirt ripped after a few wears, don’t recommend.
My first order of shirts were great. Placed a 2nd order and received it aug 1. First wear on 2 shirts and shirts ripped by a dog jumping up on me. Marketed as comfort colors but they are def not legit comfort colors. Real thin fabric that falls apart easily! Messaged them and my order was over 30 days so im basically out of luck. Although it was less than 30 days since order was received.

Tracking was vague but didnt take long to arrive. 2nd tshirt was in perfect condition. Fabric feels soft and good quality although havent washed it yet.
My order showed up wrong. Emailed service to replace the shirt. Two weeks later I got an email stating they will replace the shirt.

Never received my order, even though I was told it had been signed for. I did not sign for it, and I was home at the time the order was supposedly delivered. The tracking was extremely vague. It showed the package as delivered to the town where I live, but did not identify the actual last-mile carrier or provide any proof of delivery to my address. I contacted the seller and requested either a refund or verifiable proof of delivery, including the signature they claimed existed. I received no response. I then opened a dispute through PayPal, but the seller simply stated that the order had been “signed for” without providing any evidence to support that claim. PayPal ultimately closed the case in the seller's favor based on the seller's report that the item had been delivered. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to be careful when purchasing from this company. I certainly won't be purchasing from them again.
I’ve ordered two t-shirts, quality was very good, but unfortunately they were damaged during the shipment. Fortunately customer service was able to solve the problem the fastest way it was possible. My recommendation
The T-shirt looks great and the dog design is really nice. The material is comfortable, and it fits well. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

The TShirt I ordered is absolutely adorable and the customer service was excellent. When I had an issue with my delivery (it was accidentally delivered to my neighbor) they replied to my email with in 48 hours and were very helpful.
I order 2 t shirt, one arrived with a little hole but the customer service responded immediately and send me a new one in no time. Thank you
I ordered three shirts from this website. Two of the shirts were exactly what I ordered however the print on the third was not the same quality as the other two. I took a picture of the shirts and sent it to their customer service email and within a day they had apologized for the mistake and agreed to send a replacement shirt, at no extra cost. The shirts are pretty good quality from what I can tell so far, but I was really impressed with their customer service.
I ordered 3 shirts from Dogiswithyou. Giving 4 stars because when I received my order 1 of the shirts was incorrect, but the customer service was kind and corrected my order and sent me the correct shirt. All of the shirts are good quality material and as they appeared on the website. Overall, very happy!
Shirt is in tatters after 1 month of only wearing a couple of times. Washed twice. Holes have appeared and my thumb went through the material. Emailed my complaint with photos and was told the time peroid for complaints has basically expired. What a crock of shit!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
i had a great vexperience with this company. The Shirt arrived quickly, quality was good an the ametrial feels nice. The ordering process was smooth an the customer Service was friendly and helpful.
They initially sent me the wrong sized shirt, but the customer service and response was very helpful in correcting that. Shirt quality is good, but it definitely arrived fresh from the oversea factory and had to be washed before wearing cause of factory residue.
