Complete Waste of Money, Unresponsive Support, and Broken Algorithm (Requesting Urgent Refund)
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Dokie AI after paying for multiple credit top-ups—specifically $9, $3.99, $9.97, and $5.99 respectively, only for their broken algorithm to rapidly burn through all my credits without producing any actual results or changes to my presentation. To make matters worse, their listed customer support email is completely non-functional, returning "failed delivery / bad email" notifications whenever I try to reach out, and my direct messages to their official page on X have been ignored for three days. It is completely unacceptable to take customers' money, consume their paid credits on failed generations, and offer zero working communication channels for support. I am demanding an immediate, full refund for all my purchased credits and urge their team to contact me directly to resolve this.
gave the output in chinese, customer support doesn’t answer, consumes fucj ton of credits but doesn’t give an output. potentially good product if they make it functional
i disliked that there's a limit to use points after paying 17 or 18 dollars like come on its for a month it should be unlimited and the ai is not bad but it should be better i dont think im gonna use it again cuz my points r over and hellll nahh im not paying 111$ or 60$ for moree points and just for another month when they just finish in 2 days
Excellent AI Tool for Creating Presentations Effortlessly

What stood out to me most is how accurately Dokie.ai converts ideas into well-structured and visually appealing slides. The AI clearly understands context and design, which saves a lot of manual effort in formatting and layout.
