Worst Pillow & Nonexistent Customer Service
The $70 (ON SALE) pillow I purchased is not AT ALL as advertised. It is the least supportive, flattest pillow I've ever owned. And customer service has yet to respond on any of the 3 platforms I have reached out on. I'm sure they will wait until I am outside the timeframe to request a refund. Their return policy also states the pillow much still be in the VACUUM PACKED packaging to receive a refund at all. So no way to actually test the pillow & discover it offers no support. So I'm sure I will be denied regardless. All in all, save your money and don't get SCAMMED by this company.
