Scam Company & Complete Rip Off, Buyers Beware
I paid $188.99 USD, or £160.83 for a leather overnight bag. The product sent to me is several inches smaller in each dimension, length, height & width. When I asked them to exchange it for the correct product, they just offered me $5 as compensation. I don't want compensation; I just want what I ordered or a refund. In my mind, this is a company who doesn't want to rectify their errors but will still 'pocket' your hard-earned cash! I’m seeing from other reviews that this looks like a scam company and a total con. Buyers beware.

A pure scaaaam!!! It’s definitely not leather.. a plastic synthetic bag which has nothing to do with leather.. it’s even made of the worst synthetic quality (table covers)! Save your money! They are imposters! They advertise for other products which are of genuine leather, but what you receive is something else!!!

So disappointed bag is definitely not leather and cost over $49 not cheap for what is a plastic bag . Feel cheated and scammed. Have emailed them on how to return. Not sure if I’ll get a reply 🤞
Not Leather
I recently purchased a "genuine leather" backpack, I didn't mind paying £40+ as it was leather. The bag that arrived certainly was not leather, I am so disappointed. Do not deal with these people, I thought it was a US company, but cheap plastic Chinese product.
Not the real deal
Ordered 3 bags, only the fabric one is like the picture, the two 'vintage leather' ones look feel and smell like PU. Avoid

I ordered two bags. Both advertised as made of vintage leather. I have received one so far and it is made of cheap fake leather(there is some nice fake leather)and it looks nothing like the picture on the site. Don't do it!!!!
Dubious whether we will receive goods.
11 days after purchase and 9 days After "shipping" the provided tracking number doesn't work because item isn't despatched. It's originated from a Chinese Courier. Found ad in Facebook sponsored ad saying their business is closing down and that they had negative experience with customers due to slow shipping. They do respond to emails but it feels like delaying tactics. 3 days to tell me they are out of a colour, keep saying wait 3 more days for tracking, be patient! Sorry not wealthy enough to be THAT patient. Australian consumer trading laws don't protect our citizens against overseas sellers.
I ordered a fanny pack
I ordered a fanny pack. It didn't arrive but my credit card was charged. The company doesn't have a working phone or email address.
