Fake leather bags and I can't get refund
I bought two "handmade leather" bags for 70$. The bags are definitely not leather. I tried to return the items and get refund but that was not an option. First they offered me 2$ refund on a 70$ purchase. I ended up reporting this to PayPal - I am hoping for the best. This company is cheating on customers, the products are fake and they do not follow their return policy.
PayPal…should not do business with this company
I will start by asking why has PayPal got any involvement with this spamming company? Shocking. I ordered two so-called leather bags, received 1 it was not leather, and never received the second bag l ordered and paid for. I sent sent them proof of the payment and they said they had no order for the second bag. This company is a well oiled scamming machine. People need to complain to PayPal and continue to complain so hopefully PayPal will withdraw from doing any business with. Disgusting.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. Do not buy anything from them. As others have said bags are cheap and you definitely do not get what you order. I ordered one and got an email saying it had been posted. Then few days later got an email to say they couldn’t make the bag I wanted so pick another one. I did and when I received the bag it was a completely different one and is so ugly I would never use it. I received identical message as others and was told they would refund 2US dollars. Still waiting for reply.

I purchased to the value of £102.00 thinking they were genuine leather bags , they are cheap plastic, well made but plastic!!! . At the moment I am demanding a full refund . The last email I received from them (ian) said that he would lose his job if I continued with my dispute . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a purse that I assumed was made by Donhek and it clearly was not. It also arrived damaged and their settlement after weeks of communication was that they would refund 50% and I could keep the product. Horrible product, horrible customer service.

Shocking service and disgusting quality. 6 months to wait for a pair of shoes that are two sizes too small and terrible quality, nothing like what appears on the website. They just steal your money. Don't go anywhere near them and don't be deceived by what is on their website. I wish I had read all the negative reviews from people before I wasted more than R1000.

If I could choose no stars, I would. Absolute rubbish. Should have read this first. Advertised on Facebook as American closing down sale, received cheap mass produced rubbish from China a month later! Reported to PayPal.
Liars and garbage products!
This company pretended on Facebook to be an old man going out of business in the U.S.A. Turns out it's China junk. Misleading and the bag and wallet I ordered are garbage!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE! Wish I had read on this first. That will teach me. First time I have been caught out like this. I really fell for the whole scam of them having to shut up shop and so selling stuff at reduced prices. The bags look so good in the picture that I ordered two - over £50 in total. My utter utter shame! Collected the bags this morning from the post office depot. Where is the leather smell? First question. Then I got even more mad when I really looked at the quality as I could get these two bags for a fiver each at the local market. This is just disgusting. I want to complain and get my hard-earned money back. How do I do that??

Update : PayPal found in my favour and received a full refund. Update : Awaiting PayPal resolution. Donhek customer service have offered me a £2 refund and 10% off next order. Also confirmed they are based in China. Paid for a genuine handmade leather bag. Received cheap plastic chinese tat. Their returns policy makes returning impossible. Their terms for return refer to them only accepting SHEIN items!!! Complete scam marketing as a genuine shop closing down in the USA 7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-SHEIN products .

A Scam Company . Please beware. Advertised as American Leather business going out of business and selling handcrafted leather products. I ordered a bag for 60 USD and its awful. In reality its very cheap plastic and a Chinese company who only refunded me 5.00 USD . A disgrace - how could I be soooo stupid
