Scam Scam Scam - Shein items?

Update : PayPal found in my favour and received a full refund. Update : Awaiting PayPal resolution. Donhek customer service have offered me a £2 refund and 10% off next order. Also confirmed they are based in China. Paid for a genuine handmade leather bag. Received cheap plastic chinese tat. Their returns policy makes returning impossible. Their terms for return refer to them only accepting SHEIN items!!! Complete scam marketing as a genuine shop closing down in the USA 7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-SHEIN products .

Made the big mistake of ordering this…

Made the big mistake of ordering a dress from the sample sale selection after weeks of deciding whether it was worth the risk. The dress looks beautiful on the model. The dress which arrived top half looked tatty and cheap and the measurements given are slightly off. Meant it fitted my MOH on the waist, hips and chest but not around the back at beginning of ribcage so wouldn't do up. There is no give at all in the material so I 100% recommend avoiding the sample sale & buying bespoke measurements if buying from here. Colour also looks different in reality compared to photos on website. We checked measurements before buying so disappointing. For a dress which cost £72 inclusive of an extortionate postage price I expected more. I'd be even more even devestated if I had paid full price (£100) - though I do wonder if these are better quality as the reviews/photos all look fab. Now I've got to find an alternative & get rid of this one. Will never buy from a non-refundable online sample sale again, definately been burnt.
