Doublehardware

Buyer Beware!!!

To be honest I don't know if this company exists. They turned up in a search for mower parts and their prices were like 70%-90% below other companies. I ordered $94 worth of parts and used PayPal to pay. It was then I noticed the PayPal went to a private person, not a company. The next day I did some research on the website name. It is registered in China and ALL ownership records are redacted. Many scam websites give doublehardware.com a low score suggesting it is not a legitimate site/business. I cancelled the order, but PayPal still sent payment. I have emailed the contact email id listed on the website and the email id of the PayPal recipient many times about a refund and still have not had a single reply. It's like they don't exist.
