Dirtnow billed my credit card for something I had not purchased. I had never heard of Dirtnow until they showed up on my credit card statement. I see others on this site complaining about the same thing. It appears that this outfit has purchased credit card numbers from the dark web and is hitting people with charges for things they know nothing about. Credit card companies should not accept any charges from them.
Unexplained charge for $188.81 on 31 August 24. I never order online from unknown stores. Beware. Challenge with CC company
I have a charge on my credit card that I never made nor have I ever heard of this company. Every attempt I have made to contact them is useless. The website it says to type in doesn’t work. No phone number to call etc.
This is a fake and likely scam site. AMEX immediately shutdown my Card, and they are using multiple company names: "WILDVOY", "ECOSUSIINC", DRITNOW. DONT ORDER ANYTHING! IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ORDERED, CONTACT YOUR CC COMPANY AND CANCEL THE CARD.
I ordered 'semi cured gel nail strips' that are supposed to harden under a UV or LED lamp. Well - they do not! They stay soft and are much thinner than in the product video, they aren't made of gel and don't even stick to the nail. They're just cheap stickers. The seller offered me a discount code and offered me to keep the product, how generous. After I made clear that won't work for me, they didn't respond anymore. I'm currently trying to get my money back via paypal claim, so that hopefully works out.
These tools do not work. The handles are too short and they do not remove weeds. They're junk. Buyer beware!!

I did finally receive my garden tool but only half of the order!
I tried to let them know I havent heard anything from them and my tracking number doesn't work. I have triec to send messages to them but it tells me my message can't be delivered.

We ordered 7 of the bullet mugs on 10/26/23. On 11/27 we received 3 of them. Emails don't get answered. We paid for shipping insurance but don't know where or how to file a claim. This outfit is the worst.
Ordered two items on 10/29/23. 3 weeks later, no sign of actual shipment. Tracking # was created by Dritnow 2 weeks after order was placed in Jamaca NY. I live in upstate NY. They must be using a walker to deliver there items. Shipping time SUCKS! Thats if I even get what was orderd.
I bought a small money cash gift (not customized). The desciption in the web was not clear to allow me to understand that this product were not fitting to European banknotes. Simply useless and when asking the refung, they offered me 10% or asking to send them back to China . Unacceptable and unprofessional
Do not buy products do not appear as advertised. Ordered a dress that was delivered as a completely different type of fabric and construction than was shown on the site. In addition the dress they sent me a dress that was sheer and had no lining so it isn’t even wearable. Their only solution was a 20% discount towards a future purchase. This site is a scam do not spend a dime here.
The item I bought is not satisfaying. Ordered 'EDC Pocket Utility Knife with 10 Pcs of No. 24 Replaceable Blades' on 17/06/2023. Then read reviews and was immediately sceptical I would ever receive anything. I emailed on 21/06 as hadn't heard from them and received an email stating it had been dispatched and provided tracking details. Tracking was updated periodically so it genuinely looked like I had been sent something although I was still sceptical it was actually what I ordered. Eventually arrived by Evri courier on 04/07/2023 - 17 days after placing the order. I was then pleasantly surprised that I received exactly what I ordered. Quality is excellent. Very happy with the purchase.
