Thank you for your feedback. We're surprised to hear about your experience, as our practice tests are state-specific, and we build them based on the official manuals — so the material you encounter on your exam should be covered here as well, even if the questions are worded a bit differently. Does this mean you weren't successful on your exam attempt? If that's the case, this is exactly what our Pass Guarantee is designed to protect you against. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can check your eligibility. And if you happen to remember any of the specific questions from your exam that weren't covered, we'd really appreciate it if you could share them with us — even just the general topics or concepts — by emailing us. We'd be happy to cross-check them against our material to help keep our practice tests as accurate and up-to-date as possible for future test-takers.

Thank you for your feedback, Howard. We're sorry to hear that some of the questions on your official exam felt unfamiliar compared to what you practiced here. It's worth keeping in mind that the actual exam questions are not made public — they're kept secure and are randomly pulled from a large question bank, so there's really no way to predict exactly which questions any individual applicant will receive. That said, we build all of our practice tests directly from the official manuals, so the underlying concepts and material you may encounter on the exam should be covered here as well, even if the specific wording differs. If you happen to remember any of the topics or concepts from those unfamiliar questions, we'd really appreciate it if you could share them with us — even just the general subject matter — by emailing [email protected]. This kind of feedback helps us keep our practice materials as thorough and up-to-date as possible for future test-takers. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We understand that working through more than 40 questions at a time can feel overwhelming. That said, we've included this volume of material to help ensure you're fully prepared for the exam. The good news is you're welcome to stop at any time once you've had enough — our system will remember exactly where you left off, so you can pick right back up next time.
