One of the best client services I have…

One of the best client services I have ever encountered. They were very attentive, asking the right questions, helping me to make sure I choose the right watch band, especially since it was a gift, and not my watch. They sent pictures of the materials that were best suited to my description and request, making it really easy for me to go through the process. 100% recommend working with them. As for the final product, great quality work and materials. My friend was really happy when she received the leather band as a present for her vintage watch.

F1 IWC Ingenieur Green Dial custom strap does not fit

I purchased a F1 IWC Ingenieur and needed a custom strap . I reached out to Dr Watchstrap and Teresa assured me they can make me a perfect custom strap . They charged me close to $280 dollars and 2 months later I received a strap that doesn't even fit my watch . I have tried to give them an opportunity to fix the issue and they're ignoring my situation and won't respond. It's been a week without any resolution .

I apologize that the notch width of this watch band does not match the one we made for you. The IWC Ingenieur has many different models, which may explain the discrepancy. To resolve this, you can either send us your old watch band so we can create an exact duplicate, or we can issue a full refund. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Alternatively, if you'd like us to remake the watch band based on the size you provided in the photos, we are happy to try again for you.

Outstanding quality and Customer service

I absolutely love my watch strap! Beautiful done, high quality materials and superb customer service. It arrived pretty quickly once we went over the details and agreed on the correct sizing and look. The customer service team was very detailed-oriented making sure that my strap would fit perfectly into my watch and expectations. Packaging is also great. I will be ordering more straps for sure!

They're good

Great service. Couldn't find a replacement strap for an older Baume et Mercier watch. These guys had me send in the specifications and created an almost identical match to the original. Was a little concerned about the quality of the leather and stitching but it turned out well, high quality and above expectations. Oh and they got the sizing right too, was custom to my specific watch model. Good communication. Very fast considering their location. Highly recommend. Would cost me a fortune to have a custom alligator leather strap made here in the US or the UK and it wouldn't look any different. Will definitely purchase again in the future. Many thanks

Hard to find straps.

My OEM strap wore out on my Tudor Bronze and I had a hard time finding a new one. It is not a common size. Dr. Watchstrap was able to custom make new straps almost identical to the original. They were in constant communication showing me different colors and materials that I could choose from. I couldn't be happier with the final product. They even shipped a cleaning cloth, screwdriver, and extra spring bars. Top notch service.
