Before delivery, we informed you that the dumpster could not remain on site for the originally requested timeframe due to local restrictions, and at that point the order was canceled before the dumpster was delivered. A full refund was processed yesterday, and we also resent the refund receipt for your records. Depending on your bank, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on the account. We understand the frustration caused by the scheduling issue and appreciate the feedback.
