SCAM COMPANY!!
We had a dumpster scheduled and fully paid for for drop off July 27th. We had it scheduled and paid for for about 4 days. On July 27th I got a call from Cynthia. I thought they were saying they were on the way, no. She was calling to say the system put my address incorrectly so for them to deliver the dumpster it would be an extra $250!!! What a scam!

Hi Nathan, we’re sorry for the frustration. Your order was placed over the weekend, when our team was unavailable to review new orders. When we returned Monday morning, we discovered that the delivery address was unfortunately outside of our standard service area. We did offer to complete the delivery for an additional charge to cover the significantly longer travel distance, but completely understood when you chose not to proceed. Since we were unable to provide the service at the original price, we issued a full refund. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to explain.

I was a bit anxious about renting a dumpster because you always hear horror stories about hidden landfill fees and late delivery charges. Dumpster Rental Enterprises completely erased that worry.
Their website's order summary explicitly laid out exactly what was included—from the 1-ton weight limit to the 10 days of rental time—right next to the exact overage fees. There were absolutely no surprises. The process from ordering online to pickup was incredibly straightforward, and they delivered exactly when they said they would.

Quick and easy!
Their site is very easy to use and simple to fill out. They explain what I could and could not put into my dumpster, how much payment would be, how long I was allowed to use it and if I went over that time it was a flat rate per day as well as flat rate per ton I went over on amount in the dumpster.
