I reserved a dumpster for 7 days and was charged immediately, but then received multiple texts saying they couldn’t deliver it on the reserved date or even the following days. So they had no problem taking my money right away, but apparently had no ability to honor the reservation. To make things worse, after paying for 7 days, they then told me I could only keep the dumpster for 3 days because the City of Chula Vista would supposedly fine them. Conveniently, they also refused to prorate the cost for the reduced rental period. Their “solution” was to simply not charge me for a potential weight overage, something that may never have applied in the first place, especially since I lost four days of filling it. The entire experience was completely unprofessional and misleading. There was zero transparency, and it honestly felt like they were more interested in locking in payment than actually providing the service that was promised. Would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. I am still waiting on my refund.
We’re sorry we were unable to complete this delivery. Before delivery, we informed you that the dumpster could not remain on site for the originally requested timeframe due to local restrictions, and at that point the order was canceled before the dumpster was delivered. A full refund was processed yesterday, and we also resent the refund receipt for your records. Depending on your bank, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on the account. We understand the frustration caused by the scheduling issue and appreciate the feedback.

It was easy to deal with them over the phone and online. Dumpster was dropped off and picked up when needed and on time. It really was a big help when I needed to do some major cleanup in my garage. And it was less expensive than using one of the junk removal removal services.

First, I was invoiced incorrectly and the sales associate wanted to reverse the transaction and charge my credit card again. I was supposed to just wait for the funds to return to my account. Then the dumpster was dropped at 6 am without prior notification. Since it was not normal operating hours and no one answered the call, the driver left the container in a position that did not allow the door to be opened, while allowing access to the container at the same time. I called to ask to have the dumpster moved 5 ft away from the house, and they made me pay a $150 relocation fee. I don't agree with having to pay that fee when the driver should have gotten out of the truck and looked at the space he had provided to gain access to the dumpster. There was none!
