We ordered five bridesmaids dresses…
We ordered five bridesmaids dresses from Duntery and we were all very pleased with our dresses. Duntery was the right option for us as no other retailer sold what we wanted -the same dress in five different colours. The quality of the fabric and the sewing was wonderful and the service was absolutely fantastic. When we had a problem with one of the dresses (our fault), the duntery staff went above and beyond to get a new dress to us just in time before the wedding. I would recommend using the free custom size option to get a perfect fit. Do be aware that the company and customer service is based in China so it is probably not cost effective to return hence the custom size approach. If you’re not comfortable with this then you are best off with a more traditional retailer.
Lovely dresses, well worth the money
I bought "Chloe" dresses in dusty blue for my bridesmaids as a gamble, the dresses were lovely and actually good quality especially considering the cost (even nicer than the ones I bought from Next which were more expensive). I'd recommend purchasing the fabric colour swatches, as the online colours sometimes are a little deceiving and in some cases don't do the real colour justice. MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOUR BRIDESMAIDS!! I asked mine for their size (sent them the measurements) and surprise surprise some got me ordering too small... Because of this I cheekily asked to return a dress. The customer service was very quick and also fair, (our fault for ordering the wrong dress, so wouldn't get a full refund and would have to pay shipping). Deffo worth the money. And in my experience good customer service.

Was dubious about ordering from a company I’ve not used before but the dress I received was perfect! They were custom made and fit perfectly. Great quality and really cheap! Definitely recommend

CANCELLED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED 24 HOUR PERIOD AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE, NOW THEY SAY THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 50 PERCENT BECAUSE THEY ALREADY MADE THE DRESS - THEY HAVE A REALLY BAD REPUTATION FOR DOING THIS! THIS IS NOT A UK COMPANY - THIS IS SOME COMPANY THAT POSES AS A UK COMPANY- BEWARE AND AVOID!! EDIT: THEY SAID IF I TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN THEY WILL ONLY CHARGE ME 30 POUNDS FOR GETTING NOTHING! NO! I WANT MY 89.99 POUNDS BACK! I WILL NOT BE BULLIED - THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW! After writing the previous review I received an email from Duntery saying they will only refund if I delete my review 😢😢. They are dishonest & bullies.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Although their dresses are nice and there is variety, if there is anything wrong you are unlikely to get a refund. I bought 2 bridesmaids dresses. One didn't fit so when I went to return it I was told that I could just alter it to fit! I insisted on returning but they said they would only refund 80%. By the way this goes against UK law, which says you are entitled to 100% refund on online purchases, refunded within 14 days of returning. I had to pay £20 for tracked return to China. The company then claimed it didn't receive the dress, although attempted delivery is recorded on the tracking system. Almost 2 months later, numerous emails and regular commenting on their social media, they are now offering me half what I paid.
