I ordered some swatches first to make sure the colour abs quality looked right which it did, then I ordered to custom made dresses and 2 bow ties. The dresses were made and despatched within a good time line and when I received them wow I was blown away by the quality of the dresses, the materiel is beautiful and so thick and they are so well made. My bridesmaids love them. So iv now ordered the rest of my bridesmaids dresses and can’t wait to see those now. The little bow ties were for my 2 fur babies suits and they look adorable, again really good quality. Can’t wait to see it all together on my big day
Duntery offers bridesmaid dresses in a number of colours, if you can make up your mind on which colour you can order 3 free swatch samples to see the colours in person and the material of the dress. They also offer accessories like ties in the same colour as you chosen bridesmaid dress colour so that the wedding party matches perfectly. Shipping does take quite some time so order way in advance. Other than that can’t fault them and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Very impressed with the quality of this dress. The dress was beautifully made and fits my bridesmaid perfectly. It looks even better than on the website. I paid for the fast delivery and it arrived well within the expected time. I'd definitely recommend.
The dress I ordered was very true to size and great quality. It held shape well and had great support in the bodice. Also, I ordered in December when I expected a long wait, but it was with me within 2 weeks.
The dresses were true to size and far better quality than we were expecting as both my daughters have previously been bridesmaids and their dresses then were nowhere near the quality of these Duntrey ones. Fabulous range of colours and styles to choose from. We chose Isabel and the pleating on the bodice is perfect and looks really great quality. The dresses came when expected and there was great communication and attention to detail
Lovely dresses, excellent quality and they arrived super quickly! I wasn't expecting the dresses to have such a good finish and the fabric to be so nice but was very pleasantly surprised - bought 5 for all my bridesmaids. Would recommend getting a colour sample (I did) before ordering the dresses because it really helped as pictures sometimes might not look exactly the same as the live result.
The return policy doesn't allow returns but they asked us to send them the price of the alterations for the dress that is too big so we can get that refunded. I thought that was a lovely idea - hoping it's true! Would definitely recommend :)
If I could rate this company is zero I would. I ordered some bridesmaid dresses for my wedding in July 2022. The courier has delivered the parcel to apparent safe place, but there is no safe place to leave where I live so I contacted duntry and the Courier however, the courier admit it that, although it stated as delivered the admitted they could not say they had delivered to me as there was no signature, so I contacted duntry and told them that the courier had told me they had lost the dresses and I needed to provide proof to company - they wouldn’t accept so the insurance with the courier lapsed and I was told there was nothing the company could do so I contacted the courier again and they said they needed to get confirmation from the company. This was never done, and I was blamed for not contacting them within a certain time frame which I did we are now January 2023 and I am still fighting for a refund for dresses I have not received. I would not buy from this company ever again because I explain to them so many times about the issue.stay clear !!!!!
I was looking online to help my future wife with bridesmaids dresses as we're on a limited budget and struggling. The dresses looked okay so we decided to order 3 swatches (£4.99 for shipping). The day after ordering I noticed on their site they had more colours that would have been more what we wanted so emailed them to change one, they were really helpful the colour I asked for didn't exist so waited until I found the right colour. In that time we'd found dresses we were happy with from next, I emailed them asking to cancel and the £4.99 refund was in my bank next working day. I guess everyone has mixed experiences but they were really helpful and kind to me
I ordered a dress, standard size, not customised as they offer this service. Dress came way too big even though I measured myself before buying.
I been emailing to customer service about returning it and getting refund, no answer for weeks. I sent an email saying ‘can I get an update on this’ and they answer me about tracking number! It’s like a slap in a face and they pretending that they didn’t see I’m actually asking about the refund! They also asked me to send pictures to see the problem!!! Dress is simply too big, however I still sent pictures. Terrible terrible service. I’m shocked and disgusted at how can they be so ignorant and refunding my own money for the wrong item!

All dresses are made to order and our dresses come at quite reasonable prices, with the global financial environment becoming worse every day, all production costs and shipping costs are increasing significantly, so that is why we only offer an 80% refund for no quality issue dress and it is the best we can do for this moment.

I PURCHASED 3 DRESSES TO BE TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEND ALL THREE BACK IF I DID NOT LIKE THEM. I TOLD THE COMPANY TO ONLY SEND ONE OF THEM AND THEN I WOULD DECIDE AND ORDER AGAIN IF THEY WERE GOOD QUALITY. THEY CHARGED ME FOR ALL THREE DRESSES AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THE TWO THEY NEVER SENT!
WHEN THE ONE DRESS ARRIVED THE PROPORTIONS WERE SO INCORRECT THERE IS NO WAY I COULD KEEP IT. I HAVE EMAILED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM 4 TIMES AND HAVEN'T HAD A REPLY. YET THEY WERE HAPPY TO REPLY WHEN TAKING MY MONEY! SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME IMMEDIATELY!

If the dress is not right, you’ll incur a £50+ loss. Measured myself and ordered a standard size 16. Not true to size, way too big. Their customer service is poor. They try to trick you into sending items back at a lower cost so if it goes missing then you cannot claim for the item. Requested a full refund and waiting on a response.
