It's not surprising that people are calling you Scammers in reviews and now I personally believe you don't even care about it. What else you do except imposing irrelevant charges and not providing anything in return. I have used payment service providers previously but you guys are the worst nightmare to my business. Once you charged me you started contacting me with other domains which means that you run all the portals by your own. You all are same and scammers duspay, eskaypay and paycly. I hope you get something to do instead fraud.

Don't go for Duspay because this is Scammer they will stole the money. I already used it and processed around 20,000 USD through the E-check processing. It,s been more than 2 Years since I have been following with them to get back our fund but they stopped replying me. So be care fullllllll

I took a PSP (Payment Service Provider) account with DusPay.com. I started onboarding merchants under my brand.
My merchants started doing transactions on my platform, which was DusPay at the backend. For few months, we got the payouts from DusPay. But as we were near to get our rolling reserve which they said will be refunded in 180 days, they started making excuses and stopped all the payouts.
The excuse they gave that their USA Bank has blocked their bank account, and will be refunded in one year. It is over 200 days I have been following up. On Every date they gave, they came up with new excuses. They stopped responding on my mails, but when I escalated the matter, we got a standard reply “Payment is still not released by Bank”.
Let me remind you all, that Bank can never keep the money of any payment gateway as per Government regulations.
DusPay.Com are scammers, please do not go with them, they will rob you of your hard earned money.
I have already reported their scam to MasterCard, Visa and several agencies in Singapore, UK, HongKong, China & USA. I am not mentioning the name of agencies for obvious reason, as I am sharing all mail communications, agreement etc. with the law enforcement agencies in all the above countries. The investigation is under progress, and I will share the report, as it gets complete.
I have lost over US$ 28,000 so please do not go transact with DusPay.
Its been more than 18 months since i have closed both of my account with duspay ,but till now they not return my money instead of that making excuses by saying that their channel has been terminated ,which is simply lie .
Highly obliged with your services. Good platform for the payments. I would recommend other people to use it as i have received a satisfactory responses. No hurdles i have faced for the payments or transactions as of now. Its been almost a year working with you. Thinking to use it further too.
Rip off artist! They owe me money. They have terrible accounting. They will most definitely keep your funds if you get an offshore merchant account. I have all the email records to prove it. A very unprofessional and down-right dirty processor. If you need any proof to back up what Im saying, just reach out to me on FB. I will provide you enough emails to make your head swim.
I will give you one of their best quotes. " If you don't continue to process payment, we can not pay you" I closed my account because their janky plugin went down. In addition, I had duplicate charges on most sales, which caused a chargeback nightmare. Most sales dont go through on the first attempt, but then later the transactions show as a duplicate , plus there is an international fee for each transaction.
They went offline for Chinese New Year and did not correspond at all during this time. Didn't matter if I needed support or not. If you value your business, then take it elsewhere. We sell kratom and entheogens, so we were very desperate at the time to accept credit cards. Every since we left DusPay, our sales have triple to quadrupled.
If you need a merchant account and are in the same industry, reach out to me. There are several other solutions out there, that will not steal your money and hold it hostage.

The team is very supportive and you may get the instant replies of any query. Usually gateway companies doesn't provide such support. I have faced some settlement issues but that too my fault as I wasn't able to process the promised volume.
Overall, the service is good and reliable.
Duspay is a fraud because I already used Duspay last year and they never released the payment on time after that i decided to close that account then they said that I have to wait till 180 days to released the due amount. I waited for 180 days then I tried to contact them they said that we are calculating your final settlement and it,s been a Year since they are still calculating. I don't know what kind of bloody people are doing their job who didn't complete our final calculation yet. So now I am trying to contact to them but stopped replying to us. So guys be careful this is scammers don't do business with Duspay.
One Roller coaster ride this year.
First they charge you high that is ok for high risk gateway but rolling reserves never come back.
just when it was time for rolling reserve release date they mailed about account being closed from there end and we got stuck with an amount of $18000 which they shared in mail will be released after six months(E check Process).
After a month of following up they came up with alternative to E check(Direct Debit) and as Charging was going good for 3 weeks without any payouts though $9000 was charged on duspay and on asking about payouts and after rigorous followups from billing team for three weeks we were informed that account has been again blocked by the bank and so all the charge done on duspay is stuck for six months again.
and rolling reserve is also on hold till that time.
now we are in a loss of more than 27000 USD and there is no signs of any release of even rolling reserve.
and best part is they have stopped replying now.
Welcome to the world is what Duspay moto seems to be cause global currency was used and with nothing in hand to charge again we are stuck at square one to start with.
I processed with them for about 1 and a half year and in the end, they stole my rolling reserve money of more than $20,000. Not only that, they were not honest in providing the real revenue number and were always reporting less than the actual revenue to embezzle money for themselves.
Avoid at all cost. There are better alternatives out there for high risk processing.

Many service people rely on tips to make a living, and when they provide good service, they should receive a little extra for their effort. If you forget to get cash in advance, let the person taking payment know that you want to add the gratuity to your credit or debit card.
