What stood out to me was that he didn’t just try to sell me a diamond—he took the time to educate me. He walked me through how to read and understand diamond specifications, explained the different factors that determine quality and value, and presented all the relevant information and data clearly so I could make an informed decision with confidence.

The communication was over the top and I feel like I received his ring in a timely manner because I was pressed for time and they over exceeded my expectations when it came to the ring itself. I custom ordered my engagement ring and wedding band and the process and end results were all amazing! They stayed in constant contact through WhatsApp for the design process and diamond selection. They kept me updated on everything from production and customizing to delivery. Shipping was fast and the ring....omg the ring is AMAZING. She loves it and everyone that sees it loves it. If youre on the fence about ordering I'd say dont hesitate, you will get great results.
