Poor quality
I recently purchased on item from this company having seen it advertised on facebook, thought it would be an ideal christmas present for my partner, so on receiving the item i was very disappointed as it was nothing like what was advertised, so wont be purchasing again and very poor aftersale.
Completely wrong order
Been waiting weeks for this necklace for my daughter for Christmas as it’s the first without her nans and thought it might make her feel close to them. E mailed asking how long it would be would it be here for Christmas no response it turned up Saturday 20/12/2025 it was a gold necklace I ordered silver it had grandad engraved on it I ordered nan myrtle nan jean e mailed stariaght away and several times since no response I’m devastated how could they get it so blimin wrong

An absolute scam!! If i could give 0 stars i would. Nothing even close to the images on their website. I received a cheap bit of flat perspex This was supposed to be a keepsake for my Grandsons 1st Xmas but is so cheap and nasty I won't be giving it to him. I ordered from this site having seen them advertise on the Internet. Stupidly, I did not check this company out before placing my order. I ordered a Customised Two Heart Plaque believing that it would be 3D, however having read their advert in greater depth, their description says "3D effects" only!. Having read other revuews, this item is produced in 2D cheap plastic and loojs nothing like what the priduct is supposed to resemble. Two hours after purchasing my item on line, I sent them an email requesting to cancel my order, followed up by a reminder the following day!. I heard nithing fir TWO DAYS, but then received an email from ASHLYN in their support team to say my order will take upto 17 days to prepare, nothing else. I sent a 3rd email to Ashlyn to say if my order takes 17 days to produce, they have enough time to cancel the order and issue a full refund. NO response gas been received and NO REFUND has been made.This company operates as a scam and should be avoided at all costs as many other reviews have shown Earioco to be!

Hi I brought a stone for a gift for my sister in law for her birthday with a picture on it with the dog she lost well surposed to have a picture on it I paid £21.90 for it but very disappointed I have emailed them using both my emails and picture of the dog and the stone with her name on but no picture of the dog I got a QR code with number on and have asked how this works but for that kind of money you expect it to be perfect the only thing I want now is a complete new one with dog on it after 2 months please
, I'm gutted
So disappointed, the item has arrived but it doesn't look anywhere near as good as phone, I'm gutted

My order was placed on 12/09/2025. It is now 7 weeks since my order was placed, still not goods delivered. Have sent many emails asking where my goods are. NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER. Tracking they provide is hopeless. I believe this is a scam company. Avoid them.

Absolutely avoid like the plague. My order took forever to arrive and when it did its not acrylic its pladtic looks tacky. Save your money. Would give no stars if I could terrible item so mad at myself for believing their hype
Absolute SCAM
This is a SCAM , they advertise lovely 3D ornaments on the social media platform and when you purchase it take 30 days to recieve, they send you a 2D piece of plastic with an image of what you thought you were buying stuck to the back of it dont waste your money , They then ask you to return it at your expense, claim refund through your bank or payment provider and let them sort it out

Item took a long time to arrive. A supposed personalised leather notebook. Looked lovely in the photos. Was actually a vegan cover (which i don't mind at all), but the personalisation wasn't embossed, as the picture indicated. It was a stick on label. This won't bend and so using the notebook will be harder and the sticker will become tattered very quickly. Very disappointed as a birthday gift. AVOID this company.

Not happy at all this afterplacimg the order I noticed it was coming from United States so I asked them to cancel and refund my order within half hour then got an email saying that the locket I ordered has to be made one by one then checked so will take several weeks so I still asked to cancel and they wouldn't listen also you can't ring them or go on live chat the only option to contact these is via email definitly a scam don't use this site the communication side is horrendous don't waste your money I have also taken further action on this company as after I received the email about it's going to take weeks and that I was taking further action they shipped it there is no way that was made in 35 mins so not happy BEWARE SCAM

This company is a Scam. Stay away, I realised after placing my order for a 60th wedding anniversary gift that the figure I ordered was actually just a picture on a flat piece of Perspex! I sent an email straight away after placing the order ( once I had realised it was only Perspex from the invoice) to ask them to cancel, but 5 days later they sent me an email saying the item had shipped and I hadn’t given them enough notice! It must be within 8 hours of placing the order for it to be cancelled. I asked to cancel 5 minutes after placing the order!!!! I presume by the name and address it is coming from China. I am frustrated with myself for falling for this scam.
