You enrolled in a 8 month program with us, and the best settlement offers occur at the tail-end of programs, not at the middle or the beginning. During your tenure with us, we were saving you almost 65% of your payments, which was injecting immediate cash flow back into your business. At the 5-month mark, things seemed to have gotten shaky and you took out a reverse consolidation, significantly increasing your debt & requested to cancel with us. We do highly encourage clients to stay the full term, ride it out, and your business will get more than expected. Jumping ship less than mid-way is not advantageous for anyone.
