Initially, the item you ordered was marked as backordered, and our standard process would have required a special order which could extend the lead time. However, we were fortunately able to build the lock package in-house at our facility, which allowed us to expedite processing and ship it sooner than expected. We understand how the conflicting messages from our system and customer service caused frustration, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We did send a reshipment to resolve this, and according to our tracking, it was delivered on Saturday, 7/26.
