Ordered a fairly large item for a older car to be shipped to USA. Communication from Ebuy7 was great and I was given a time frame of shipment. When the car door covers arrived, they were packed securely and still in perfect condition. Prices including extra shipping were great since my item was not available anywhere else in the world at the moment. Excellent experience and I will definitely order from again.
I added an item to the basket, calculated the shipping to uk (which cost more than the item) added shipping to the basket, paid and then got an email saying they wanted more money for overweight shipping. SCAM!! Stay clear of this site!
Ordered a helmet and a safety helmet belt, paid total cost is US67.66...and paid Shipping Method: FedEx-Pak (Y) (2-3 days) for US28.76. Then got an email saying they wanted more money for overweight shipping costing US17.33. After 12 days no news of my order. After trying several time contacting the Seller, they finally reply and said one of the item is not available. Now they email me another invoice and wanted me to pay the amount again. Worst of all, they even automatically deducted the amount from my credit card. THIS IS A SCAM!! I am so disappointed as this is suppose to be a birthday present.
Thats just was a great ! Fast delivery strong box, original products and very lovely support. Can i give more stars for ebuy7? Cause ebuy7 its a 10 star. Best regards

There was one little problem. I bought the package, waited 2 days, the status was not updated then I write what is going on and the problem was solved after that package went very fast, no problem. Then summary 5/5 can recommend
Excellent comunication and super kind solving a problem with the local shipping agent. The item was also carefully packed.
Very good item, service very good. Will back again
I purchased a set of paintbrushes and they are beautiful. They perform beyond expectations, I love them. Shipping was very fast, packaging was perfect and customer service was excellent. I was so satisfied, I ordered 5 more. Thank you!
Great purchasing experience and wonderful customer service. My 3 pieces rosewood furnitures arrived in perfect condition lately, thanks. Highly recommend.
The products are great. Good quality. Good communication with the seller. Attention : the shipping cost are not clear at all.
Found that little part that helps to get an entire set running. They even email me to make sure it will fit on it. GREAT Service! :D
The goods arrived in good condition and well packaged. Delivery 10 days, but was promised 2-3 days. I understand that this is a FedEx problem.
First time purchase. Items received in good condition.
Absolute crooks, swindlers, liars and rip off merchants. Order goods, wait 3 weeks, told carrier lost the consignment, asked two times for refund, told to be patient, they will tell supplier to resend. Nothing received, claimed money back on credit card, do they took the payment again. Now told to claim back on ebay??
I received the hinges for the HP Officejet 7612 printer in good used/refurbished condition. From the time of the original order on 28 January 2022, to receipt on 28 February 2022, there is evidence that the timing of placing my order was affected by the Chinese New Year, there were notices of possible delays on the order page. My overall experience is good, the items I received are as described, and this is the first time I have used this shopping platform, the only comparable platform I have used is AliExpress that states 75 days time frame for receipt of items, and this order is within the comparable platform time frame. When the order was shipped, there are tracking links on the order page, so tracking from China to the USA is available. Thank You.
Scammers, I ordered a 9 dollars product, NEVER received! Beware
5 stars excellent shipping to the USA, CA it arrived here in just about 10 days shipping tracking was entire way it tracked. product was as i ordered and even came with bonus free tools. Do not be misled by these 1 star hastly or even fake reviews. they are legit i got my honewell PTM7950 ARRIVED WAYYYY EARLIER THAN EXPECTED faster than FED EX GROUND FROM USA LOCATION TO USA LOCATION INSANE !and product was intact and very carefully packaged as to ensure the fragile contents the phase change thermal mat wasnt tarnished in tranist. 5 stars will give china my buisness. and they EVEN SHIPPED IT BEFORE CHINESE NEW YEAR WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE BUT THEY SHIPPED IT IN TIME AND UNLIKE OTHER STORES WHO HAD THIS SPECIFIC ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR EVERYWHERE FOR THEY GOT IT TO ME BEFORE THE CHINESE TIGER NEW YEAR BEGAN which is a shipping black out in china everything stop.
Made purchase (although low dollar value but important artistic item) from a reliable supplier in China. Very quick response and help provided by both supplier and customer service staff from ebuy7 (named Wing). Excellent service and assistance provided by Wing.
