Even thou the prices here are a little more expensive compared with other shopping platform BUT I am very well touched by their customer service. Prompt reply and updates via emails and Whatsapp. I received all the items in good order as scheduled on my son birthday (except for the batteries-separate shipment due to customs). I did even not order from the site, but I am giving it a 1 star anyway for how sketch it is. DO NOT RUIN YOUR 2022+ AND ORDER FROM THIS SITE. If you don't believe me, just look past the deluge of fake 5-star posts (that were totally not Google translated and obviously written by real users) and gaze upon the shipping tab in the reviews. They hold your payment hostage while demanding over twice the money of your order for "shipment". If this company were on the NYSE, I would buy puts on margin. Honestly makes Wish look like a quality business.

When a surplus weight charge arrived and delayed the shipping I emailed support and got an immediate response reassuring me that everything was ok. Once the item was shipped (i chose FedEx), the tracking was impeccable every step of the way. It arrived on the projected date, within 2 weeks, even though they included Christmas and New Year bank holidays. Perfectly packed and easily assembled. Very happy.

They messaged me saying I had to pay a shipping fee which was very expensive. I asked them to cancel my order I have not received my refund it’s been a month. They are also ignoring my messages. They communicated with me via WhatsApp and did not bother to reply back. Fraudulent and disgusting
