Ordered a bag over 3 weeks ago, not a word since, and it hasn’t arrived. I am close to reporting this as fraud, and canceling payment with my credit card! This place appears to be FRAUD do not order from them. They take your money and you do not hear anything for weeks on end and receive no items.
Update - the day after posting this review they sent me an email to apologize, and said it would not be sent for at least another month. They also asked me to remove my review on here, but did offer me a complete refund. Use caution when buying from this site, and if you need a bag in a hurry this is not your place.

Second,Express shipping would take 5-7 working days,and the standard shipping would take 10-20 working days.
Besides,failure to ship on time is a small probability event, if we can't make shipment in time,we will email and ask the customers if they would like to wait for the item.
Finally,if the customer is unwilling to wait and needs a refund, we will cancel the order and make a refund,so we did make a full refund for your order.

The delivery was very late. It took a while to get my order. But once I get it , the bag is so good. A lot more from my expectations. Exactly the same as the description says. Satisfied with the product.
you are not fulfilling what the site says. I bought a wallet ten days ago and I haven't received it yet please I am waiting for the wallet or my money back

No lie guys. I personally think that it takes forever to ship but the most important thing is that it's here. I got the black!! It's very sturdy. Holds my 15.6 in laptop, a textbook, five subject notebook and a small reading book with other small stuff like my laptop charger, water bottle, lotion and stuff. Its waterproof!! The second day after i got my backpack it decided to rain guys! I didn't want to walk in the rain but this college commuter has no umbrella and I had to get to class. Long story short everything was safe and dry and I can brush the water off my backpack. It feels very good on my back too!!

When they realized an item I had ordered did not fit properly their customer service team contacted me very quickly to find a solution - which we did. I will definitely keep ordering from here.
It is a reseller of a lot of products found on aliexpress! Don't buy here because aliexpress is (at least) 10 dollars/euros cheaper! You can use aliexpress' image search if you find a cute bag.
I ordered 2 bags, I specially chose the fastet mail service, because of the season becoming too busy.
Both bags are awesome and as it's shown on the website. One was featured in a short video CM popping up at my sns apps, so it trully delivers what's explained there. Both bags are cute, have huge capacity, water-proof (tested today on a rainy day), and give you enough organized space.
