This store is a scam.. I have sent them over a dozen emails and I get the same response. I placed my order in July and its Sept 25 and still no package.

This company is a scam. I ordered 2 earrings and they never showed up. I have a case against them with PayPal. Until PayPal took over I had no contact info for them. The company is in China so I suspect they are scamming alot of people.

Honestly, I was really worried after ordering from here because there were so many bad reviews. However, my order did come in today (after about 1.5months) and I can’t complain. I ordered some of the animal lights and a wooden ornament and they seem really nice. I would like to note that the wooden wall ornament online seems hand carved but what I got was more like a print on wood. It still looks great though. For those of you worried about the size just read the item description it tells you exactly how big it is. Customer service was very friendly and helpful when I asked for updates on the order and it arrived with no issues. Honestly for the price I am happy with what I ordered. I would attach pictures if I could.

Said I could order 3 lamps for price of 2. Paid $120 in early December, Still do not have the goods nearly a month latter, even though I paid for the faster delivery. Was sent an email saying sorry was due to Covid that goods did not arrive, and was sent back to them. Was told would have a refund of the postage in 5 business days, that was 2 weeks ago. Still no email saying my goods have been shipped again. Very certain I have lost my money. Lucky It was not a lot. Please DO NOT purchase from this business.

This company is a scam!!! The product I ordered appeared to be much larger than the actual one. I have seen other companies with the exact same thing for $5.69! Temu is one of them I contacted the business and we went back and forth over several days They finally said they would refund me WHEN I RETURNED IT. I asked them to send me a postage paid label but they didn't. I checked at ups it would be over $100.00 to send it back(of course it came from China). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

I would say stay far away from this site ordered 2 things right under 100 dollars plus expedited shipping . I got a confirmation and then couple days later got a message saying returning to company and will use another shipping company than got another return to company because covid won't allow it to be sent to my address which the second shipping company sent something just yesterday .. charged my card once when I bought it and then just charged my card again the full amount saying it was refunded but withdraw from my account will be disputing charges DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Must be honest- the backpack that we ordered for school FINALLY arrived today. It took one month. The item looks fine. Just wasn't happy with the length of time taken to receive backpack. In all fairness, this company states that shipping times are lengthy.

Ordered the waterproof anti theft backpack on 20th August from the UK. Received on 29th August. Great product, my daughter absolutely loves it. Tracking worked perfectly. Would definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered this backpack August 5th, 2020 and it was set to arrive yesterday, August 19th. This morning I checked the updates and it said that it had been returned to the sender due to an incomplete address. Except my address was not incomplete. I included everything they asked for. I cannot afford to buy another backpack so I’ve been carrying all my stuff with me in my hands and pockets. Very dissatisfied.

The reviews on Facebook are all lies. I ordered my bag since May but this is July now and I received nothing. I asked the customer service for refund but they refuse and keep telling me to wait. Disappointed by this business. Don’t buy it.

I ordered a bag to go camping over a month ago so I could have it with time to spare and the order hasn't even changed from placed to ordered. The tracking number doesn't work. I paid for shipping from 7 to 20 days. I emailed customer service hopefully they'll email back faster than their service. I will not be buying from them again total scam.
Long delivery but good items
I bought a grey backpack, black purse and a pencilcase on the 1/6/2020. Took until today(22/1/2020) to arrive. Tracking numbers when given didn’t always work immediately but after a few days started working. Items are a really good quality. Backpack has a lot of interior pockets and seems to have a lot of space within. Black purse is very good quality has space to put your phone in that works (at least for my iphone anyway). Its a sort of clip type thing you just push the phone into. Pencil case is very good it came as photo suggested.
