Cheat And Unprofessionalism
My experience and that of my friend with them so far has been awful. Imagine we placed Exchange order 33018 of 916$ SolidtrustPay fund to be exchanged to Perfectmoney on Jan 25 2016 of which they said they will give us 790 usd PM and we agreed to. After 3 days that STP exchange department approved the payment/exchange, they still failed to send us 790 usd PM and started acting funny. We then reported them to STP but STP was unable to do nothing to the issue as they kept mute and never looked into the case we submitted we were having with their so-called Certified Exchanger. It was on the 23rd of February 2016 that they finally refunded 800 USD STP back to our Solidtrustpay account after which we received net amount of 788$ USD instead of us getting 790 usd into our PM. They should have just refunded the whole 916$ USD but out of their selfishness, they still charged processing fee of about 100$ for didn't even process. Not that alone, they wasted our time and as well wasted our money. Only God will judge them! ! I implore everyone to be careful in dealing with ecurrencyzone.com because they are very unprofessional and somehow a cheat in nature there to take advantage of their victims.
This case is reported by one of our customer who assumed the fault on our side. If we do anything shady, our account will be closed by ecurrency owners SolidTrustPay, which is not the case, as we are still STP certified exchanger. Allow me to explain. To give you case details - For every Solidtrustpay order, there are rules that the customer need to follow, and only when order is approved by STP admin then only we can clear it (others like Payza and cgold also follow same rules). There is a special link for STP which every customer need to follow to send us money which was given to this customer also. In our record, this customer purposely did not follow that link because he used credit card to load funds in STP system and then placing an order with us, doing so by-passes STP admin approval. We contacted STP many times to check transaction and approve it but they never approve. STP do not have any system where you can click refund button and send funds back to customer account without fee being charged. Our terms and condition clearly states that if there are refund, we have the right to charge the processing fee. (many big exchanger have this rule as well, we can even provide you the names). It took us almost 2 months to settle this issue because the customer never submit enough details, neither were there response after multiple reminder to STP admin. In addition, when we receive STP to our account, it charged 4.8% receiving fee, which we have to charge customer in refund also. We strongly feel that we have charged customer right for the kind of efforts we have made solving this case. If we run away with customer money then it can be called SCAM what we refunded is reasonable and as per our order terms. These order terms are clearly displayed when customer place a order and they do accept them then only order is created. We hope to clear things up and inform you that these reviews are not credible, and we are doing a legit and honest business.
