Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry that your bezel arrived damaged and understand how frustrating it is to wait for a product only to have an issue with it upon delivery. While we know a replacement would have been your preferred solution, our process in these situations is to issue a refund so a new order can be placed. We also understand that repackaging and dropping the item off for return was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, because we were not contracted to provide installation services, we are unable to take responsibility for repackaging or handling the product after delivery.
