Poor Workmanship
Ordered 6 satin bridesmaid dresses, most if not all had some workmanship issue. Satin material itself was thick and good colour, but the actual workmanship was extremely poor. Lines and seams were not sewn straight, zip accidentally sewn onto inner lining. They are also difficult to communicate with as the only option is to email. Would not recommended.
Bad experience with Eleventh Gown Studio
Honest review of Eleventh Gown Studio (eleventh.com.my) - very bad. Ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses sometime ago but 2 were defective, they do not do seem to do quality check on the items because the defects were actually very obvious. Their customer service was not responsive. They don’t have local tailors to support and you are on your own. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them again. Reviews on their website are moderated so only 5 star reviews show up, I was not able to provide an honest review on their site.
