ETF's records identified the use of an unapproved application in connection with the reviewed accounts. Section (ac) of our Terms of Service prohibits the use of trade copiers and automated trading systems that have not been expressly authorized in writing by ETF. Neither of the applications referenced in this case appears on ETF's approved list. Owning a tool is not itself the basis for the determination. The account and session records are. This case was reviewed multiple times, including a full appeal review. The compliance determination remains unchanged. ETF Team
