CUTE TOTE BAGS
When i first saw the bags advertised on Facebook, I really thought they were so cute. So, I decided to order. My only two issues are is that the delivery took so long and the fabric is thin.
Goods not as described on website. Refused refund.
I bought a lap top bag, triple compartment, coffee colour. I paid $54USD. I was overcharged in my bank statement $70USD. What I got was a small, black, no compartment bag. It did not look anything like the photo on the website. They refused to give me a refund stating that the warehouse have sent me the correct bag. I sent them all the evidence. There is no 15 days return policy. Buyers beware.
Ewerything that could go wrong… went wrong
Wrong colour, no compartments inside and absolute shit quality. Also took a month to arrive, and now i dont have the time to get a new one before university starts again…. RUN!!
Best choice I made
All but one of the meals were very easy and tasty. We found the beef and cheese sub lacked flavour. We love that everything is there when preparing it is quick and easy. In our house we all jouin in at dinner time now and my son who is 13 says this is much better than what we used to have
Horrible Service
Somehow, I ordered ONE item but got four and charged for four. When attempting to correct this error, I have been told it is not possible and have receive many excuses. They offered me a $7 USD rebate but I do NOT want nor need FOUR items, Why do you not have a way to RETURN merchandise, especially when an error has been made? This is absolutely UNacceptable. I will not purchase from you again and will post on Social Media and tell all my friends about the horrible experience I have had with your so called customer service department.

I was under the impression that this was products made by an American Veteran in America. Yet the items were sent from Ireland. Also it appeared to have inside pockets on one side to be used as a large purse and that was not the case. I will stop buying items from facebook ads. I myself am a Disabled American Veteran trying to support my fellow Veterans whenever I can.
