Absolute scam company. Placed order on 3rd July still not received parcel, Tracking stopped in July. They won't give me updated tracking details or a refund and are emailing me in broken English that makers no sense. I also had the extra 20% VAT added that I wasn't aware of AVOID AVOID AVOID
They advertise on Facebook UK but do not make it clear that their advertised prices do not include UK VAT+, in fact you are only a ware of this after you have submitted your payment. I contacted their customer service team within two hours of finding this out to cancel my order but I was told that they would investigate any overcharge and get back to me two days, this never happened and on contacting them again to cancel my order was told that it was too late. To make matters worse the amount of VAT charge was more than the UK 20%. Do not use this company they are a bunch of rogue traders.
