Terrible and liars
Terrible and liars. Ordered for Christmas at start of December due to their advertised Christmas adverts and didn’t post till 23rd. Chased to get told the courier was busy. Eventually sent tracking that did not work. 4th January raised PayPal dispute and got a refund. Told PayPal on 23rd January that it was delivered 3rd, using different tracking information that also showed it only entered UK and never moved from customs in Southampton.

Absolute shambles of a company, are reading other people’s reviews I’m not the only one whose been scammed by this company, I ordered a hi lands cow key holder, in the picture it was a carved item with hooks for you keys, what I received was a piece of flat wood with a picture glued to it and some tiny hooks, they offered £2 back, then £4 then went quiet, what a surprise

I only wish I had checked trustpilot first, before ordering because they are 100% scamming gits, do not order anything from them, even the tracking company comes up on Google as a fake tracking company.
AVOID
Avoid at all costs Item i purchased was given a tracking ref but was not given name of the carrier. Tracking was updated regularly then showed as delivered but to the wrong address. I made contact with them and they initially answered to say contact my local post office, i did this but the tracking ref was not recognised, i made contact again for an explanation and refund but heard nothing back. I suspect they are a scam site so would avoid using.
Do not buy from this site, SCAM
Product still hasn't arrived after nearly two and half months. Tracking updates until the order arrived in England then no updates, Last update begining of September, Emailed several times, last email saying there had been a delay due to logistics being busy, Busy!!! So after 6 weeks they can't get an item from England to Scotland?? Last email I sent I told them I wanted a refund and suddenly they went quiet with no response. Thankfully paid using PayPal and they created a dispute for me which ended in my favour and me getting a refund.
SCAM!
SCAM!! The jeans are advertised as comfortable and stretchy, they are the opposite. They are disgusting and poor quality. They arrived with no button holes, when I raised this and asked to return and refund. I was sent instructions how to cut button holes. Not acceptable. I paid £ 54 but got offered £13 refund after many emails. SHOULD BE BANNED FROM FACEBOOK!
Do not entertain purchasing from this company
I bought two pairs of jeans from this company. They took several months to arrive. When they did, the size of both were not comparable to British sizing. The poor quality side zips in both were unfit for purpose, so when on, the wearer could not pull the zip up. Having said that, the zips could not be fully pulled up anyway. After several emails to the company, the only compensation offered was £6. It cost me £44 in total for the jeans, postage and taxes. There was no request made to return the jeans. This company, if you read other reviews also, appears to make its money by making and selling inferior products - intentionally produced unfit for purpose with minimal compensation offered to maximise their profits.

Ultimate scam company Long delivery and terrible product when it did arrive Offering me £2 compensation but I can keep the product I have explained I want at least £15 compensation and keep the product to dispose of in recycling because that’s all it’s good for. False advertisement on products
This company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke. I ordered some bras back in July, they never arrived. They said they would send them again, still not received. Been in touch with them a number of times and not getting anywhere now. I think they are a SCAM website!!!

Very very long delivery. Took over a month. The sizing is completely off and would not recommend.
Don't buy anything from this company
Don't buy anything from this company. They will not let you return a product that doesn't fit and will not give you a refund. They say the product was correct from their warehouse. Yes the Item is correct But it don't fit I want to return it !!!! And they offer £2 refund and will not let you return it. Ummm it cost almost £20. Response received today after I declined the £2 and wanted to return item for full refund......... I am really sorry for your dissatisfaction. And i am willing to increase your compensation to 6GBP at my own expense. But this is the maximum amount I can give you. After all, my salary is not a lot. I apologize again for the inconvenience caused by you coming and going. Hope my sincere compensation can be accepted by you! Have a nice day

Do not use this company
I am still waiting to hear from this company about a refund. They offered £2, then £6. I refused and havent heard anything in days. The recieved items are completely unacceptable. Do not use this company.
SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I placed my order on the 3rd July and I'm still waiting for my package. Tracking stopped for my item as soon as it "apparently" got to the UK. I emailed the company who advised another item would be shipped, which I haven't received. I've emailed multiple times and just keep getting fobbed off emails, in broken English telling me it will be with me soon and please wait. I've advised them that I will be contacting Trading standards, and I think everyone other person with a complaint on here should do the same. Shame on them for taking peoples hard earned money and not providing our items. Disgusting !
Wrong size delivered
Wrong size delivered and only option was to "give them away" as sending them back would cost me more as the product came from China. I would then have to order again and hope they send the correct size. I paid €32 and was given €8 after I said I wouldn't accept the lower offer and they said thats all they can offer. I will be reporting them to every consumer complaints authority because they failed to send a replacement or a product fit for purpose. Complete scam. Avoid this company at all costs as they fail to abide by consumer laws in the USA and hong kong where they claim to be from and operate as well as the EU.

Absolutely disgusting 🤢 order placed beginning of July, tracking stopped when it said had reached the UK, won’t refund after several weeks of emailing, email sent yesterday to inform I have now raised an investigation with PayPal and there response today is an email to say my order has been shipped with a tracking link 404 sorry this page cannot be found. Total scam please avoid.
Scam company
Absolutely appalling company, I ordered at the beginning of July and have still not received my parcel. I have contacted customer service numerous times to request a refund and have been told to wait for my order to arrive (it's been in transit from Edinburgh for the past month so I'm clearly not going to get it now. Customer service don't appear to be able to speak clear English and refuse to accept my complaint. Don't touch this company!

Absolute scam company, ordered from them in July, and still no sign of my order. Have contacted them numerous times demanding a refund, which they are refusing to do. I’m sure this company goes under the name Friend Enjoy as well as exact same thing happened with them. Both overcharged and tracking stops as soon as it says parcel has reached UK.

Absolute scam. Nearly two months since placing order. Charged far more than expected and tracking has stopped completely. Am in middle of claiming via PayPal. Avoid this fake company completely.
