This has been a nightmare from the beginning. After I decided to order some bras from this company, I noticed after that they added tax after which did not show when I first sent in my payment. Reached out and did get my money back. But then the real nightmare started. I looked on their site and they do not even sell these bras. Company would not answer me why that is and only stated to just wait for the product. I setup a payment plan every 2 weeks or so which when you do this, paypal pays the merchant but in this case it was a company called Zephyr Point Software Company who I have no idea what the affiliation is. All I know is Paypal paid them. Keep in mind the Company stated they ship all over the country and ship from the closest supplier? Stated it was delivered from Italy on 6-29 which I never received. No address on the tracking but my city. Reached out to Enquireget and said that was a glitch and sent me a different tracking # and this time from China? But the date of delivery was 6-27. I checked my ring camera and there was no delivery. I knew there was something fishy from the get go. I have read so many different reviews and everybody States it took so long but with me I ordered it on June 16th and it was already delivered on the 27th of June? Yeah right? Well now PayPal wants their money back though I did get my payments back from my credit card company. I asked for proof of some kind of picture since a lot of these delivery companies like to leave packages outside my gate but to no avail. So now PayPal explained it was my responsibility to go to the Post Office which what would that do if they said it was delivered? Anyone can say that and just drop it off at my neighbors which I live in a condo association. So be wary if you do business with PayPal even if you have your credit card on PayPal because they will make you do the footwork. PayPal needs a better system with these companies that to me are fraudulent. I have excellent credit and I am not going to pay for something I never received. So I guess I will just continue to have PayPal bother me over and over again but keep in mind all companies that deliver should take pictures just like Amazon or Temu. And no insurance with these companies is ludicrous to me. I also find delivery companies getting lazy and cannot open up gates to drop off product which to me might have happened since I did not see it on my ring camera.
Scam company. Fell for a marketing ad on Instagram and ordered some under eye cream through this scam company. Shipping took forever and when the product finally arrived, it looked like it had been sitting on the shelf for five years as it was oily and starting to separate. Tried to initiate a return and requested the return address (in China) via email to their “customer support team”. After multiple requests, they never provided that return address and only offered a minuscule monetary compensation to settle the matter. Six weeks later the product is completely disintegrating with color separation in mottled blotches. Disgusting. What a waste of money (and time trying to get my money back). Do not buy from this company.
Beware of this scam company...I ordered 2 shirts approx $30 each at the beginning of Jun 2026 and received a tracking number but the tracking stopped 7-21-26 in Ogden UT and I live in CA. I reached out to them and they said it shows delivered and they gave me another random tracking number supposedly from the USPS, which is not a USPS tracking number. They told me to ask my neighbors to see if they have my package. I told them i have cameras and to tell me what exact day it was delivered and they have since ghosted me. I told them i have informed delivery also and get emails daily from USPS and there has been nothing from them but they kept saying it was delivered. Please stay far away from this business.
I ordered from this company in December 2025. I actually received my package without issue. Other than long delivery wait. The important part is i actually received what i ordered.
I placed another order from this company the beginning of June 2026. It is now August 4th 2026 I still have not received my package. When I contact the company they have been giving me the tracking information for the package I ordered back in December then telling me it's been delivered. I explained to them that it was an old tracking number for an item I received in December. They just kept sending it to me over and over again telling me it's been delivered.
All of a sudden they send me a different tracking number and again, tell me it's been delivered. Now, I work at the post office so I did some digging today at work. The newest tracking number they gave me says the item doesn't even belong to me. Its someone else's package not even addressed to my name or address.
I am surely convinced I am being scammed!

After one month, I still didn’t receive my order. I contacted them and they basically told me it was my problem and I should file a claim. They proceeded to Ghost me after that! Had to go to my Credit Card company to get my money back. Buyer beware!!
Ordered the Multifunctional Foldable Dust Hat Storage Box on June 6, 2026. It's now July 20, 2026 and I still haven't received it. When I sent an email on 7/17/2026 to question it. They gave me a different Tracking number than mine and told me it was delivered on 7/14/2026, with NO proof. It was NOT delivered! This place is a SCAM! I'm out $52. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I'm hoping for a refund, but I highly doubt they are reputable enough to give one.
The young lady that helped me was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me resolve my account merging process and activating all of my McAfee computer features.
I wanted to return a product that didn't work for what I needed. I spent about $25.00 USD, what they 1st offered was a refund of $3.00 USD then $6.00 USD and their final offer was $8.00 USD, and I can keep the product. Their site states "Money Back Guarantee". Have no use for the product now. I'm very disappointed with the customer service!

I loved the material the panties were made of unfortunately they were too small a size. I usually take an X-LARGE but your sizing is different than Canadian. It also took a long time to receive the order.
