You could report a user breaking TOS 2-3 times and the user will be banned only to be brought back at a later time. This site doesn’t care about the safety of its users, you only survive a ban if you make the most money or spend the most money. Thank god better alternatives to this site are in the works because for way too long this site has not treated its merchants well and it’s a shame to see.
They also have publicly been known to reward people for boosting their reviews on trust pilot god what a gag!
Edit: Their reply is a typical copy paste, there’s plenty of proof of epals favoritism and not handling situations well. A video was just released awhile ago proving if you make good money you are untouchable on this platform. Please learn to have some integrity and own up to your bs

Notice how all these "5-star reviews" mention how "great" or "fantastic" the staff are? No one is going to buy this bs. The staff are notoriously corrupt and there is proof they have literally bribed a multitude of people to write these 5-star reviews to "prop up" the look of their site before an upcoming investor buying round:
They suddenly had ELEVEN 5-Star reviews on September 7 and 8 followed by another FOUR reviews over the next few days. They have never had more than TWO reviews in a single day or reviews posted on this many days consecutively until those two dates.
It's clear they're trying to gift-wrap a pile of sh*t and serve it up to investors that are none the wiser.
Rating: 1-Star. Wouldn't touch it with a million-mile pole.
Note to investors: Run away from this burning mess.

Explanation:
Only reason I do not leave much earlier is because some of the people providing services on the platform. Some of them genuinely seem good, and I wish those people the best. If I judge ePal only by the website support, internal communication, and management structure, I’d leave a long time ago.
Support is there on paper only. Support Tickets are useless, support does not take ownership, does not provide solutions, does not properly reply, and does not solve anything meaningful. I also spoke with higher ups ‘officials’ and the experience is not better. From my experience, the only thing they are consistent at is saying whatever is convenient in the moment and then failing to follow through.
I spent a few thousand euros per month on just ePal.gg platform, and I was looking into investing in the company or at least exploring the industry more seriously. Because of that, I asked important risk related questions. For example, what happens if something unsafe or NSFW happens on the platform, a customer has a bad experience, and the platform fails to enforce its own rules, fails to monitor properly, fails to take action, or ignores the customer afterward and they decide to take legal action?
That is not a small issue. From investor side or serious business perspective, that creates real legal and financial risk. Even if the company believes it is right, fighting that kind of case costs money. And if internal logs, platform history, previous reports, ignored complaints, or past moderation failures are reviewed, the situation can become much worse. I have already been in situations where I invest into something, problems appear, big experts warn me it is going in the wrong direction, and I cannot easily pull out when things start falling apart. I am not funding that kind of risk again without serious answers.
Instead of receiving serious answers, I am told my questions are “too professional” and then ignored. That gives a clear view of the company already and how serious they are.
A company cannot scale only on seasonalities, creators, and hype. It needs structure, accountability, ownership, communication, and people who actually complete responsibilities. Right now, from my experience, ePal lacks all of that.
I also wanted to organize in game tournaments and bring more money, users, and attention to the platform. At first I am told yes, then no which made the conversation go in circles. No clear ownership, no clear process, no proper communication.
Because of this, I will no longer be using ePal.gg, and the people I brought to the platform to spend money will be fully moving elsewhere with me. We found replacements already .
From what I seen so far, this whole industry has a serious problem with incompetence. Customers are treated badly for no real reason, while the people providing services on these platforms suffer because the companies fail to manage their own systems properly. Additionally, several service providers known as ‘ePals’ have said that ePal.gg has been publicly discussing increasing how much people providing services keep from the order price. However, when they ask when this change is actually coming, they are ignored by the website as well. At this point I genuinely wonder where this company acts professionally and where it delivers promises?
I wish ePal the best of luck, but from a business perspective, I do not see this going anywhere in its current state. Maybe I am wrong, maybe I am not. But as someone running big businesses, I can say that without real goals, clear structure, ownership, accountability, and communication, stagnation and downfall will continue for this company.
ePal.gg also charges higher payment fees on phone for the same payment provider, which makes me question the company even more. Global payment providers base fees on payment method, region, and card type, overall orders and some other factors, never device. I mentioned this to them approximately 50days ago and nothing changed, ePals told me this has allegedly been the case for over a year, making it look intentional.
ePal Official Ryan contacted me when I spent some money on website and offered me ‘rewards’ for spending more, I told him my goal is to play with some people and that I don’t care about that but I tried it. He ignored me multiple times when I updated him I spent what he wanted. I don’t care but I hope they’re not scamming others.
Thank you to mainly ePal Official Ryan & Sally for ultimately making me leave and for continuous lying and no follow ups on whatever ideas, suggestions I had in mind to scale the business and for lack of help that was needed.
To make myself feel better for funding ePal.gg employee salaries for no reason, I donated 10 times the amount of what I’ve spent on this website to charity.

Why even have a review system on this platform if you're just going to delete the reviews warning other clients about malicious service providers? At this point I can only conclude it's because they take a commission on every order — scammer or not, they get paid, so a bad seller getting exposed just costs them money. That's not a review system, that's a marketing tool. Do not trust the star ratings here — ask around before you pay anyone on this platform. I was scammed by a service provider, left a review warning other clients about this, next day my review is gone and their rating is 5 STARS after scamming people? shady people.

EDIT2: no one contacted me i had to do it myself and the customer service seems incompetent at best, the explanation you've given does not match what actually happened.
You state that reviews are only removed when there is "sufficient evidence" of a guideline violation, and that "sellers do not have the ability to remove reviews themselves." I left an honest, factual review describing my actual experience with a seller on epal.gg: I paid for a service, the seller went silent, never delivered, and never refunded me. That review did not contain false claims, harassment, or anything outside your guidelines — it described exactly what happened.
Despite this, the review was removed within about two days. I subsequently saw the seller themselves openly bragging, in writing, about having gotten my review taken down. I have this in writing and am prepared to provide it as evidence. If sellers "do not have the ability to remove reviews themselves," I would like an explanation for how this seller is claiming credit for doing exactly that, and why a factual review was removed at all if it violated no guideline.
I was also told previously that your support team would contact me to look into this. That did not happen — I had to reach out again myself to get any response.
To be clear about what I'm asking for: I want my review reinstated. Not a generic acknowledgment, not another promise to "look into it" that goes unanswered — actual reinstatement, or a specific citation of which guideline my review violated, given that I do not believe it violated any. If a seller can get a truthful negative review erased simply by asking or complaining, while the platform keeps collecting commission on that seller's orders regardless of how they treat customers, then the review system is not doing what you describe it's meant to do, and this case is a clear example of that.
I am also still owed a refund for the undelivered order, which remains unresolved.
Please have someone actually look into this specific case, with the evidence I've described, rather than sending another standard response.

Even after seeing some negative reviews, I’m just here to say mine. I personally enjoy being on platform so far, I joined in the end of March. The community is warm and there were a lot of epals who helped me to improve my profile for free, they gave me all sort of advice. I enjoy being epal and client as well, my overall experience is very positive. It’s important for you to focus on yourself and business and surround yourself with group you feel comfortable. Of course u may encounter some weird not very nice ppl or people who asked for nsfw, especially when you are new. But if u will stay your ground, reject, block and move on, by some time it completely stopped for me. I’m happy to be here, it gave me space to make some money especially bcs of my and make some meaningful and true connection and friends as well, I’m forever grateful 🖤

So far my experience has been good! I was a bit confused at first but they make it easier to know how to grow with the store rating system!
One thing I really hope they change is the rank requirements for games with unranked modes; some people don't care about skill and just wanna have fun!

Honestly, I had an amazing experience with epal.gg. The individual from whom I bought services was really friendly and kind - @1531958166. They were really sweet, and honestly, the whole process of ordering the service and receiving it was straightforward. At no point during it did I feel weird or uncomfortable; it was a unique experience I would honestly like to have again at some point. I have been an epal on the site for a little over a year now and I can confidently say that epal is a wonderful website great for meeting new people and getting a little bit of side money while doing it. The UI improvement after epal's more recent update made the experience a lot smoother for both me and clients from what I've heard. The community has frequent events that almost everyone can participate in, the ability to make custom gifts and profile borders, and encourages real connections between epals and clients. As an epal you are in full control of how many orders you want to take, where you price them, and who you talk to. If you are considering using epal, you should. I've made many genuine connections here and would highly recommend it for people wanting to become epals or clients.
