一切都很棒，客户服务和产品。唯一的不便是，当我下订单时，我选择了 3-4 个工作日的送货选项，而我需要在这段时间内到达。我是在星期六下的订单，这意味着包裹最晚应该在星期四到达。我一直在与客户服务人员沟通，因为产品很紧急，而且它们很棒，但包裹最终在他们告诉我后两天才到达。

Hi Adriana! We’re sorry to hear there was confusion about the delivery timeframe. For clarity, the shipping option you select at checkout refers to the transit time — the time it takes for the postal service or courier to deliver the package once it has left our warehouse. In addition to transit time, all orders require 1–3 business days of order processing time before they ship. This processing time allows us to prepare, pack, and quality-check your order, and it is listed on our website. Because your order was placed on a Saturday (outside our business hours), the processing timeframe began the next business day (Monday), which extended the total delivery window further. Hi, Terri! I am so sorry to hear this, it sounds like a mistake was unfortunately made in the warehouse upon shipping your order. We did not receive any contact from you regarding this issue prior to receiving your review, but we would have been happy to fix the issue with a refund immediately upon hearing from you. The second shirt in your order was 100% refunded back to your original payment method, and you may keep it or donate it (no need to return!) 😊 Our customer's happiness is our utmost priority, so please don't hesitate to let me know if there's anything else I can do.
