Just amazing response

Just amazing response. Didn’t purchase a top up for France, contacted via WhatsApp and was guided step by step to add on, activate and ensure all smooth service. Pretty amazing as we don’t get this service so quick with any troubleshooting steps. Just amazing service

The best travel experience that I’ve had with multiple changes. The operator kaycee who is such nice and patient and experienced working staff during the conversation online. As much as you need to sort out the eSIM connection issues such reassuring. I will definitely keep in touch with this service for future of travels…

Amazing customer service and make a technical product very easy to use … had 2 issues down to my stupidity and both dealt with professionalism and speedy via whatsapp

ESIM-ON to the rescue

While traveling internationally I purchased an eSIM which didn’t work and took 4hrs to get any response from customer who said it would take an additional 24hrs to get it to work. That’s when I found eSIM-ON and I was able to get online and working within LITERAL minutes! The customer service rep Jerald walked me through all the steps via whatsapp and was super helpful, polite and quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

72-yr old solo female finds help!

I am a 72-yr old solo female traveler — and eSim staff are consistently clear, kind, and effective in solving my misunderstandings. EG, I keep buying bundles instead of topping up. Today NEMS got it all sorted, step by step. He also calmed down my anxiety about re-entering my bundle territory. Beautiful service!!

Lone traveler support

I am a lone female traveler and every time I’ve experienced issues with connecting to the world the team at e-sim have been amazing. Guiding me through the set up of my phone to ensure I remain connected with family and friends.
