Essilor offered replacement but asked me to surrender the old lenses. Since my daughter is completely dependent on her glasses, I had no option but to purchase another frame so she could manage meanwhile. This was an unavoidable expense, not a choice.
Now I do not want to surrender my original lenses/frame. I request Essilor to take responsibility for the coating defect and provide a fair resolution without further inconvenience to the customer.

I have ordered drive safe varilux progressive lenses with crizol coating at an essilor expert store in hyderabad, india. I wanted an antiglare lenses for a safe driving. Essilor claims 90% glare reduction with their drive safe progressive lenses. I am using the lenses since 9.10.25. I am not happy with the glare reduction. The main requirement is glare reduction for a safe driving. The essilor expert outlet is not able to answer my questions. He says all is fine. He is not able to answer the fish bowl effect I observe with my lenses. I do not understand what is the problem with the lenses. After spending thousands I feel unhappy about the results. Can I expect essilor company to resolve my problem or should I suffer like this?
