Ordered 6 crystal glass 3D bird ornaments. What I received was 6 soft clear plastic balls with one broken. Inside each globe was a sheet of plastic with a bird picture glued on each side. The 6 balls/globes came loose in a cardboard box without protection from each other. I now have 5 marred balls that wouldn't be worth a dollar at the Goodwill store.
Never recieved item says its shipped but now website and tracking number says it doesnt exist. This a scam site and they keep changing usernames on tik and instagram. I placed my order way back in nov 2025 its now march 2025. I want a refund.
Even tho it took a little over a month to receive, I amazed at the beauty of work that was put into my custom jewelry piece. I would Definitely recommend anyone to buy from this company!!!
Disliked the length of time to receive the item. It was a birthdday gift and did not receive it until after Christmas and the birthday was in November.
