I tracked my package today from Shein, and noticed it said "Package not recieved at terminal" I have read in some places that this means the package has been handed over to the local courier (which is often DAO) What does that mean? When will I receive my package? and what does it really mean? - confused customer
Very pleased with Shein products and service. I ordered a few things for Valentines and they even delivered it at 3.00am Sunday morning in order to get it to me for Valentines Day. Super Service!!!!! If I could give fewer stars I would do that. I bought a package for 32 euros on October 23rd 2020 and have still haven't received the package. It says that the package arrived in Sweden a month ago. Since then, I haven't heard anything. It shouldn't take 1 month at all to send a package from Sweden to Denmark!! Especially not when it says that it takes 15-20 days to get to its destination. I also cant contact them in any way. I definitely do not recommend to buy anything from there. I would really like to get my clothes or my money.
No response didn't get the parcel I have tried to make the inquiry about my order GSHMA300000NMS3 from mid- November through their customer service and FB messenger and got no response. I believe that I won't get the parcel since it's long past due. Also, the same situation with the order is bothering my niece and she also can't reach anybody from this company. Avoid.
I made several purchases on this website. Parcels always arrived within 10 days time. Quality can differ, it's important to read the reviews on the website very carefully. So far out of all my orders, worth hundreds of euros, only a handful of items were disappointing. Also check the measurements for the clothes carefully before deciding what size to get.
I have since bought many times from SHEIN and I can only say something positive from here. The site offers many different things from clothes, makeup, accessories for kitchen and writing utensils, etc. at a good price and the goods are often of good quality. I would recommend that you look at the reviews with pictures for more info and stay critical, then you should be pretty happy with the items that come. In addition, delivery is also fast compared to the site's goods are actually shipped from Asia. It takes about 10 days to ship to Denmark and I don't need to pay any extra fees.
Another site where you dont get the products, tracking shows nothing you can get any help of and my favourite - no people, no customer service to turn to...only robots telling you nothing obviously. Never ever order from there again, there are so many other sites that bother to answer you nowadays! Scam I´d say. I have no goods, delivery time has passed, and no answers....pretty usual, should already learn...
I am very happy with this site, has all the measurements visible everytime you pick the size of an item, great value, and quick delivery. Everything fit as expected. I will surely continue using it if the quality keeps up.
Never thought I was bying something cheap and expected to be of amazing quality. But I was suprised that both the shoes I ordered and the dress were actually very nice! Especially my daughter's shoes were fantastic!!! And another thing that is very positive, it took them only 10 days to arrive! I will order again for sure!
